Apparatus for collecting and taking away salt
The present invention relates to a salt collecting and extracting device. In particular, salt extracted through one device on a salt pond is collected in one place, and the collected salt is scooped up and loaded on a vehicle from the floor of the salt pond through a rotating conveyor. Then, the vehicle can be moved to a salt pond bank rail. The salt collecting and extracting device comprises a salt loading means having a pushrod installed in one side of a body moved by rotation force of a driving motor, collecting salt extracted on the floor of a salt pond, scooping up salt collected in one place of the floor of the salt pond by using electrical power of a rotation motor, and loading salt on a moving vehicle installed on one side of the top surface of the body. The salt loading means comprises: a main conveyor for loading salt collected on the floor of the salt pond thereon to be moved to a top side while being longitudinally rotated; an external housing for wrapping the outside of the main conveyor, and preventing the external leakage of salt transferred therein; a mounting and dismounting means having a main conveyor inserted in the body, and disposed to be inclined at a predetermined slope on the both side surfaces of the external housing and the inner surface of the body to separate the main conveyor from the body when the main conveyor is not used; an ascending unit connected with a manual handle to make the main conveyor longitudinally ascend according to the rotation of the manual handle installed on the outer surface of the body; and an ascendance inducing unit disposed on the outer surface of the external housing by being coupled with the ascending unit so as to make the main conveyor ascend by using rotation force transferred from the ascending unit.
본 발명은 소금수거 및 채취장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 하나의 장치로 염전에 석출된 소금을 한곳으로 수거한 후에 수거된 소금을 회전하는 컨베이어를 통해 염전 바닥에서 퍼 올려 대차에 적재한 후 염전 제방 레일로 대차를 이동시킬 수 있도록 구성되는 것으로, 구동모터의 회전력으로 이동되는 본체의 일측에 밀대가 설치되어 염전바닥에 석출된 소금을 수거하고, 회동모터의 동력을 이용해 염전바닥 한곳으로 모아진 소금을 퍼올려 본체의 상면 일측에 탑재된 이동대차에 소금을 적재시키는 소금적재수단을 포함하되, 상기 소금적재수단은 상하 회전동작하면서 염전바닥에 수거된 소금을 그 상면에 적재하여 상부로 이동시키는 메인컨베이어와, 상기 메인컨베이어의 외측을 감싸 그 내측에서 운반되는 소금의 외부 이탈을 방지하는 외부하우징과, 상기 본체의 내측으로 메인컨베이어가 삽입 설치되고, 메인컨베이어의 미사용시에 본체에서 메인컨베이어를 분리시킬 수 있도록 상기 외부하우징의 양측면과 본체의 내측면에 일정 기울기로 경사지게 구비되는 탈장착수단과, 상기 본체의 외측면에 설치된 수동핸들의 회전에 따라 상기 메인컨베이어를 상하 승강시킬 수 있도록 수동핸들에 연결된 승강구동부 및 상기 승강구동부에서 전달된 회전력을 이용해 메인컨베이어를 승강시킬 수 있도록 승강구동부에 결합되어 상기 외부하우징의 외측면에 구비되는 승강유도부;를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to a salt collecting and extracting device.
