ZIRCONIA-YTTRIA-SILICA SINTERED COMPOUND INCLUDING DIFFERENT CRYSTALLINE PHASE
The present invention relates to a zirconia-yttria-silica sintered body comprising different crystalline phases, and to a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a sintered body which adds yttria and zircon silicate to yttria-stabilized zirconia and has a crystalline phase in which tetragonal phase of zirconia, glassy phase of zirconium silicate, and cubic phase of yttria are mixed; and a manufacturing method thereof. The zirconia-yttria-silica sintered body of the present invention has high mechanical strength and hardness which is moderate to be processed. The zirconia-yttria-silica sintered body comprises: 67 to 93 wt% of zirconia; 5 to 24 wt% of yttria; and 1 to 12 wt% of silica.
본 발명은 상이한 결정상을 포함하는 지르코니아-이트리아-실리카 소결체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 이트리아-안정화 지르코니아에 이트리아 및 지르콘 실리케이트를 첨가하여 지르코니아의 정방정상, 지르코늄 실리케이트의 글래스상 및 이트리아의 입방정상이 혼합된 결정상을 가져, 강도는 높으면서도 경도는 가공하기에 적당한 수준을 갖는 치과 수복용 소결체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
