DISPERSING THE IMPACT OF INTER-FLOOR NOISE FLOOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR THE PREVENTION OF
The present invention relates to a floor construction method for preventing noise between floors by dispersing shock to a floor and, more specifically, to a floor construction method for preventing noise between floors by dispersing shock to a floor, which can prevent the noise between floors transferred to a lower floor part by making the floor absorb the shock from an upper floor part in an apartment, lower the humidity in the summer, enhance the heating efficiency in the winter, reduce a construction period by being installed in a prefabricated manner, and prevent a health problem like a sick house syndrome. To this end, the present invention comprises: an insulator installed to conserve the heat on the floor; a shock absorbing and heat storage layer installed on the insulator for conserving the heat and absorbing the shock; a shock concentrating and dispersing device installed on the shock absorbing and heat storage layer; one or more shock absorbing devices installed on the shock concentrating and dispersing device for supplying the heat and absorbing the shock; a heat radiating tube installed in the shock absorbing device to supply the heat; and one or more covers installed on the heat radiating tube as flooring. Thereby, the present invention can be applied to the floor construction of an apartment building which is a building with two or more stories like an apartment, a studio, etc., and has a useful effect on a construction industry.
본 발명은 방바닥의 충격을 분산시켜서 층간소음예방을 위한 방바닥 공사공법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 아파트와 같은 공동주택의 방바닥 공사에 충격완화장치를 설치함으로써, 아파트의 상층부에서 발생시키는 충격을 방바닥에서 완화하여 하층부로 전달되는 층간소음을 예방과, 하절기에는 습도를 낮추며, 동절기에는 난방효율을 높이며, 조립식으로 설치되기에 공사기간을 단축하며, 새집증후군과 같은 보건문제를 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있는 방바닥의 충격을 분산시켜서 층간소음예방을 위한 방바닥 공사공법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명의 구성은 바닥층 위에 열 보존을 위하여 설치하는 단열재와, 상기 단열재 위에 열 보존과 충격완화를 위하여 설치하는 충격완화 축열층과, 상기 충격완화 축열층 위에 설치되는 충격집중분산장치와, 상기 충격집중분산장치 위에 열 공급과 충격완화를 위하여 설치하는 1이상의 충격완화장치와, 상기 충격완화장치 안에 열 공급을 위하여 설치되는 방열관과, 상기 방열관 위에 방바닥으로 설치되는 1이상의 덮개를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방바닥의 충격을 분산시켜서 층간소음예방을 위한 방바닥 공사공법을 2층 이상의 건물인 아파트, 오피스텔, 원룸 등과 같은 공동주택의 방바닥 공사에 제공함으로서 건설 산업 상 매우 유용한 효과를 가져 올 것이다.
