SAFETY SYSTEM FOR BOTTOM CAGE FIX AND DISASSEMBLE OF GANG FORM
A safety system for fixating and disassembling a lower cage of a gang form according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fixating unit fixated to the lower cage with bolts and nuts to prevent the lower cage and a work platform for finishing work of exposed concrete from being shaken by work load or wind load or to prevent accidents such as a fall or the like caused by separation; a fixated bracket rotated at, restricted by and coupled to the fixating unit; wire having one end connected to the fixated bracket and the other end connected to a pulling loop; and the pulling loop installed adjacent to a hoisting loop of the gang form. The fixated bracket includes: a body unit having a through-hole and a loop unit; a sliding unit; a nut unit; and a hooking protrusion. A bolt of which rotational axis is on the same line as the axis of the through-hole of the fixating unit and the axis of the through-hole of the body unit is penetrated and inserted into the fixated bracket and an elastic body surrounding the outer side of the bolt is installed in the body unit.
본 발명의 일 실시례에 따른 갱폼의 하부 케이지 고정 및 해체를 위한 안전시스템은, 고층 아파트 및 빌딩의 외벽시공용 갱폼에 있어서 제물치장 마감작업을 위한 하부 케이지 및 작업발판이 작업하중 또는 풍하중에 의해 흔들리거나 탈락에 의한 추락등의 안전사고를 사전에 방지하기 위하여 하부 케이지에 볼트 및 너트로 고정할 수 있는 고정부;와 상기 고정부에 회동 구속결합하는 고정 브라켓;과 일단은 고정 브라켓에 연결되고, 타단은 당김 고리와 연결되는 와이어;및 갱폼의 인양고리에 인접설치되는 당김 고리;를 포함하고, 상기 고정 브라켓은 관통 홀과 고리부를 포함하는 몸통부;와 슬라이딩부와 너트부 및 걸침 턱;을 포함하고, 상기 고정부의 관통 홀 축과 몸통부의 관통 홀 축을 동일 선으로 하여 회전 축을 이루는 볼트가 관통하여 삽입하고, 상기 볼트를 외감하는 탄성체를 상기 몸통부의 내부에 설치할 수 있는 것을 포함한다.
