The present invention provides a safety system for the lower cage of a gang form, to prevent a hanging scaffold type lower cage fixed to the upper cage of the gang form, which is used as a scaffold for outer wall construction of a high rise apartment and building, by a bolt for plastering work from being shaken or separated by a typhoon or a strong wind load. According to the present invention, the safety system for the lower cage of a gang form comprises: a concrete outer wall including a Sepa or flat tie for spacing a mold, and an L-anchor bolt for fixing the mold; a fixing device member including a first fixing member having a cone member coupled to the Sepa or flat tie, or the L-anchor bolt, and a second fixing member coupled to the lower cage of the gang form; and a wire connecting one end to a pulling ring of a gang form lifting safety device and connecting the other end to the fixing device member to rotate the fixing device member. Accordingly, the lower cage is able to be strongly fixed to a concrete outer wall and the fixed state is able to be automatically released in gang form lifting work by interlocking with the gang form lifting safety device.
본 발명은 고층 아파트 및 빌딩의 외벽시공용 거푸집으로 사용되는 갱폼에 있어서 견출 작업을 위해 상기 갱폼의 상부 케이지에 볼트로 고정되는 달비계 형식의 하부 케이지가 태풍 또는 강한 풍 하중에 의해 흔들리거나 탈락하는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 거푸집 간격 유지용 세파 타이 또는 플렛 타이와 거푸집 고정용 L앙카 볼트를 포함하고 있는 콘크리트 외벽;과 상기 세파 타이 또는 플렛 타이 또는 L앙카 볼트 중 어느 하나에 결합 되는 콘 부재를 포함하는 제1고정 부재와 갱폼의 하부 케이지에 결합되는 제2고정 부재를 포함하는 고정장치 부재;와 일단은 갱폼 인양 안전장치의 당김 고리에 연결되고, 타 단은 상기 고정장치 부재에 연결되어 상기 고정장치 부재를 회전시키는 와이어;로 상기 하부 케이지를 상기 콘크리트 외벽에 견고하게 고정 시킬 수 있고, 갱폼 인양 안전장치와 연동하여 갱폼 인양작업시 자동으로 상기 고정상태를 해체 시킬 수 있는 갱폼 하부 케이지 안전시스템을 제공하는 데 있다.
