THE SELF POSITIONING JOINT STRUCTURE BETWEEN PRECAST STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE COLUMN AND PRECAST STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE BEAM
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a self positioning connection structure of a precast SRC pillar and a precast SRC beam, which is conducted by a moment connection structure, not by a conventional pin connection structure, enables self positioning between plates during construction of a joint connection, can flexibly be applied to various structures and forms, and can be constructed by an unskilled worker in a short time because this structure is constructed by a dry process using prefabricated members. In order to achieve this purpose, the self positioning connection structure of a precast SRC pillar and a precast SRC beam, comprises: a precast SRC beam (100) including a steel beam (110) and a concrete beam (150) covering the steel beam (110); a precast SRC pillar (200) including a steel pillar (210) and pillar concrete (250) covering the steel pillar (210); a beam plate (130) coupled to an end part of the steel beam (110), wherein a setting bolt insertion hole (132) is formed on a lower part; an anchoring steel bar (270) which is laid U-shaped, is installed through the steel pillar (210), and is embedded in the concrete pillar (250); a pillar plate (230) whose part is embedded in an external surface of the concrete pillar (250) to be installed thereon, and which is coupled to an end part of the anchoring steel bar (270) on which a male screw thread is formed by an embedding nut (260) on which a female screw thread is formed; and a setting bold (SB) installed on a lower part of the pillar plate (230) to be externally exposed. In this regard, when the beam plate (130) descends in a state of contacting with the pillar plate (230), the setting bolt (SB) is inserted into the setting bolt insertion hole (132) to enable self positioning. In addition, the present invention provides the self positioning connection structure of the precast SRC pillar and the precast SRC beam, which is characterized in that the anchoring steel bar (270) is omitted, and the embedding nut (260) is welded to a front flange (212) of the steel pillar (210).
본 발명은 보철골(110)과 상기 보철골(110)을 감싸는 보콘크리트(150)를 포함하여 구성되는 프리캐스트 SRC보(100); 기둥철골(210)과 상기 기둥철골(210)을 감싸는 기둥콘크리트(250)를 포함하여 구성되는 프리캐스트 SRC기둥(200); 상기 보철골(110) 단부에 결합되며 하부에 세팅볼트삽입홀(132)이 형성된 보플레이트(130); 눕힌 U자형으로 상기 기둥철골(210)을 관통하여 설치되며 상기 기둥콘크리트(250)에 매립되는 정착철근(270); 상기 기둥콘크리트(250) 외면에 일부 매립되게 설치되며 암나사산이 형성된 매립너트(260)에 의해 수나사산이 형성된 상기 정착철근(270)의 단부에 체결되는 기둥플레이트(230); 및, 상기 기둥플레이트(230) 하부에 외부로 노출되도록 설치되는 세팅볼트(SB);를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 보플레이트(130)가 상기 기둥플레이트(230)에 접촉한 상태로 하강할 때 상기 세팅볼트(SB)가 상기 세팅볼트삽입홀(132)에 삽입되어 셀프포지셔닝(self positioning)이 가능하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 SRC기둥과 프리캐스트 SRC보의 셀프포지셔닝 연결구조를 제공한다. 더불어 상기 정착철근(270)은 생략되고, 상기 매립너트(260)가 상기 철골의 전방플렌지(212)에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 SRC기둥과 프리캐스트 SRC보의 셀프포지셔닝 연결구조를 제공한다.
