METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING WATER LEAKAGE OF FLOOR JOINT IN BUILDING
The present invention relates to a method and a structure for preventing a water leakage through a floor joint of a building. The method of preventing the water leakage through the floor joint, which is a floor boundary of upper and lower walls forming an outer wall of the building constructed by placing concrete into molds, includes: a step of arranging lower wall rebar for reinforcing the lower wall in a space between an inner wall mold and an outer wall mold and installing a groove unit frame on the upper inner surface of the outer wall mold; a step of forming a key-groove unit at a depth deeper than the width thereof in an upper part of the lower wall by removing the inner wall mold, the outer wall mold, and the groove unit frame after placing and curing concrete into the space; a step of connecting upper wall rebar to the lower wall rebar protruding upward from the upper part of the lower wall and arranging the bottom of the upper wall rebar to be adjacent to the bottom of the key-groove unit; and a step of interlocking a key unit protruding from the lower part of the upper wall to be integrated with the key-groove unit of the upper part of the lower wall when forming the upper wall on the top of the lower wall.
본 발명은 건축물의 층조인트 누수방지 방법 및 구조에 관한 것으로서, 거푸집으로 콘크리트 타설을 통해 시공되는 건축물의 외벽을 이루는 하부벽 및 상부벽의 층간 경계에 해당하는 층조인트에서 누수를 방지하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 하부벽 보강용 하부벽철근을 벽 내측 거푸집 및 벽 외측 거푸집 사이의 내부 공간에 배치하고, 상기 벽 외측 거푸집의 상부 내표면에 홈부틀을 설치하는 단계; 상기 내부 공간에 대한 콘크리트 타설 및 양생 이후, 상기 벽 내측 거푸집 및 상기 벽 외측 거푸집과 상기 홈부틀을 제거하여, 상기 하부벽의 상단에 폭보다 큰 깊이의 키홈부를 형성하는 단계; 상기 하부벽의 상단에서 상향으로 돌출된 하부벽철근에 상부벽철근을 연결하고, 외측열의 상부벽철근의 저부를 키홈부의 바닥에 인접하게 배치하는 단계; 및 상기 하부벽의 상부에 상부벽을 형성시, 상기 상부벽의 하단에서 일체형으로 돌출되게 형성된 키부가 상기 하부벽의 상단의 상기 키홈부에 형합하는 단계를 포함한다.
