RAINWATER RECYCLING APPARATUS WITH INITIAL RAINWATER EXCLUSION FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a rainwater recycling device with an initial rainwater exclusion function, comprising: a rotating tube coupled to an inlet tube to be able to rotate; a covering shield member which is coupled to a bottom of the rotating tube and forms a plurality of covering shield patterns; a foreign material filtering unit which is received inside the rotating tube and filters foreign materials included in rainwater flowing into the inlet tube; a rainwater collecting/discharging path provision member including a rainwater collecting path unit which is coupled to a bottom of the foreign material filtering unit and provides a path where rainwater that passes through the foreign material filtering unit is collected by a collecting tube, and discharging holes which are formed along a circumference of the rainwater collecting path and decides whether to discharge the rainwater flowing into the inlet tube through a discharging tube depending on an overlap with the covering shield patterns forming the covering shield member; a receiving member fitted into an outer periphery of the rotating tube to partially expose a top of the rotating tube; and a connecting tube member which couples the receiving tube, the collecting tube, and the discharging tube by connecting these tubes. According to the present invention, the rainwater recycling device with an initial rainwater exclusion function has a simple structure, can be installed at low costs, is simple to install, can be maintained at low costs, and is capable of effectively performing removal of foreign materials and collection of rainwater.
본 발명은 초기빗물배제기능이 구비된 빗물 재활용 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 유입관에 회전 가능하게 결합된 회전관과, 회전관의 하단에 결합되어 있으며 복수의 가림막 패턴들이 형성되어 있는 가림막 부재와, 회전관의 내부에 수용되어 있으며 유입되는 빗물에 포함된 이물질을 필터링하는 이물질 필터링부와, 이물질 필터링부의 하단에 결합되어 있으며 이물질 필터링부를 통과한 빗물이 수집관을 통해 수집되는 경로를 제공하는 빗물 수집경로부와 빗물 수집경로부의 둘레를 따라 형성되어 있으며 가림막 부재를 구성하는 가림막 패턴들과의 중첩 여부에 따라 유입되는 빗물의 배출관을 통한 배출여부를 결정하는 배출홀들을 포함하는 빗물 수집/배출 경로 제공 부재와, 회전관의 상단 일부가 노출되도록 회전관의 외주면에 끼워맞춰진 수용관 및 수용관과 수집관 및 배출관을 이어서 결합하는 이음관 부재를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 장치 구성이 단순화되고, 설치 비용이 낮고, 간단하게 설치할 수 있고, 유지 보수 비용이 낮으면서도, 이물질 제거와 빗물 수집을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a rainwater recycling device with an initial rainwater exclusion function, comprising: a rotating tube coupled to an inlet tube to be able to rotate; a covering shield member which is coupled to a bottom of the rotating tube and forms a plurality of covering shield patterns; a foreign material filtering unit which is received inside the rotating tube and filters foreign materials included in rainwater flowing into the inlet tube; a rainwater collecting/discharging path provision member including a rainwater collecting path unit which is coupled to a bottom of the foreign material filtering unit and provides a path where rainwater that passes through the foreign material filtering unit is collected by a collecting tube, and discharging holes which are formed along a circumference of the rainwater collecting path and decides whether to discharge the rainwater flowing into the inlet tube through a discharging tube depending on an overlap with the covering shield patterns forming the covering shield member; a receiving member fitted into an outer periphery of the rotating tube to partially expose a top of the rotating tube; and a connecting tube member which couples the receiving tube, the collecting tube, and the discharging tube by connecting these tubes. According to the present invention, the rainwater recycling device with an initial rainwater exclusion function has a simple structure, can be installed at low costs, is simple to install, can be maintained at low costs, and is capable of effectively performing removal of foreign materials and collection of rainwater.
본 발명은 초기빗물배제기능이 구비된 빗물 재활용 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 유입관에 회전 가능하게 결합된 회전관과, 회전관의 하단에 결합되어 있으며 복수의 가림막 패턴들이 형성되어 있는 가림막 부재와, 회전관의 내부에 수용되어 있으며 유입되는 빗물에 포함된 이물질을 필터링하는 이물질 필터링부와, 이물질 필터링부의 하단에 결합되어 있으며 이물질 필터링부를 통과한 빗물이 수집관을 통해 수집되는 경로를 제공하는 빗물 수집경로부와 빗물 수집경로부의 둘레를 따라 형성되어 있으며 가림막 부재를 구성하는 가림막 패턴들과의 중첩 여부에 따라 유입되는 빗물의 배출관을 통한 배출여부를 결정하는 배출홀들을 포함하는 빗물 수집/배출 경로 제공 부재와, 회전관의 상단 일부가 노출되도록 회전관의 외주면에 끼워맞춰진 수용관 및 수용관과 수집관 및 배출관을 이어서 결합하는 이음관 부재를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 장치 구성이 단순화되고, 설치 비용이 낮고, 간단하게 설치할 수 있고, 유지 보수 비용이 낮으면서도, 이물질 제거와 빗물 수집을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다.
