GROUTING CAPSULE USING EXPLSION AND GROUTING METHOD USING THE SAME
Provided are a grouting capsule and a grouting method using the same. The grouting capsule includes a housing (100) inserted into a drilling hole (2) formed on a grouting subject surface (1) and receiving a grouting material (300) and an explosive received inside the housing (100) and providing explosion pressure. The grouting material (300) covers the explosive (200) inside the housing (100). According to the present invention, an effect of improving and reinforcing the grouting subject surface through one process by using high-temperature and high-pressure gas for blasting is obtained.
본 발명에 따르면,그라우팅 대상면(1)에 형성된 천공홀(2)에 삽입되며, 그라우트재(300)를 수납하는 하우징(100); 및 상기 하우징(100) 내부에 수납되며, 폭팔 압력을 제공하는 폭약(200);을 포함하되, 상기 그라우트재(300)는 상기 하우징(100) 내부에서 상기 폭약(200)을 둘러싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라우팅 캡슐 및 이를 이용한 그라우팅 공법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면 고온 고압의 발파가스를 이용하여 그라우팅 대상면을 한 번의 공정으로 개량 보강이 가능토록 하는 효과가 있다.
