APPARATUS FOR PRESSING PILE AND PIERCER COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a pile press-fitting device and a drilling machine with the same. The pile press-fitting device includes: a first press-fitting unit installed in a leader of the drilling machine and connected to an auger unit fixating a pile into the ground; a second press-fitting unit positioned in the lower side of the first press-fitting unit and connected to the leader or a body of the drilling machine; and a press-fitting wire connecting the first and second press-fitting units. When the press-fitting wire is wound around a drum, the first press-fitting unit is pulled to the second press-fitting unit, and the first unit pulls the auger unit in a direction where the pile is press-fitted. As the power pulling the first press-fitting unit and a weight of a lower auger are added to a press-fitting force applied to the pile, thus the pile can be smoothly press-fitted. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pile press-fitting device capable of reducing time required for press-fitting the pile and improving constructability, and a drilling machine with the pile press-fitting device.
본 발명은 말뚝 압입장치 및 이를 포함하는 천공기에 관한 것으로, 천공기의 리더에 설치되어 말뚝을 지반에 고정하는 오거부와 연결된 제1 압입유닛, 상기 제1 압입유닛 하부에 위치하고 상기 천공기의 리더 또는 본체와 연결된 제2 압입유닛 및 상기 제1 압입유닛과 상기 제2 압입유닛을 연결하는 압입 와이어를 포함하며, 상기 압입 와이어가 드럼에 감기면 상기 제1 압입유닛은 상기 제2 압입유닛 방향으로 당겨지고, 상기 제1 압입유닛은 상기 말뚝이 압입되는 방향으로 상기 오거부를 당긴다. 이렇게 하면 말뚝에 가해지는 압입력이 하부오거의 중량과 제1 압입유닛이 당겨지는 힘이 더해지게 되면서 말뚝의 압입이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있다.
