The present invention relates to a piercer with an adjustable hammer position that is configured to allow, if it is desired to use a hammer, only the hammer to be moved and thus located on a center of a pile by means of hammer position setting means, in a state where a support rod is fixed, thereby inducing convenient use of the hammer, that is configured to allow, even if it is desired to drill a hole again, only the hammer to be simply returned to its original position by means of the hammer position setting means, thereby immediately performing the hole drilling through a screw, inducing rapid work, and improving working efficiency, and that is configured to allow, if the hammer is not used, the hammer to be rigidly fastened to a guide through safety means, thereby in advance preventing accidents caused by falling of the hammer and improving safety in use of the piercer. According to the present invention, the piercer with an adjustable hammer position, which is configured to install a pile (steel pipe) in the ground to strength the foundation of the ground, includes hammer position setting means disposed on the side of a support rod adapted to support an auger motor proving a rotary force to a screw in such a manner as to guide vertical ascending and descending of the screw, the hammer position setting means being adapted to set a position of a hammer ascended and descended by a wire passing through the support rod.
본 발명은 해머의 위치가 조절되는 천공기에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 지반의 기초를 강화하기 위해 지반으로 파일(강관)을 설치하는 천공기에 있어서, 상기 천공기의 스크류로 회전력을 제공하는 오거 모터를 지지하여 상기 오거 모터와 함께 스크류를 수직 승·하강을 안내하는 지지대의 측면에 설치되는 것으로, 상기 지지대를 경유하는 와이어에 의해 승·하강되는 해머의 위치를 설정하는 해머 설정수단;을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 해머의 사용이 요구되면 해머 설정수단을 통해 지지대를 고정한 상태에서 해머만을 이송시켜 간편히 파일의 중심에 배치할 수 있어 해머의 편리한 사용을 유도하는 동시에, 다시 홀의 천공이 요구되더라도 해머 설정수단을 통해 간편히 해머만을 복귀 이송시켜 곧바로 스크류를 통한 홀의 천공을 수행할 수 있어 해머의 더욱 편리한 사용과 함께 신속한 작업 진행을 유도하여 작업능률을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 해머를 사용하지 않는 경우에는 안전수단을 통해 해머를 안내가이드에 견고히 결속 고정시켜 해머의 낙하로 인한 안전사고를 미연에 방지하여 천공기의 사용안전성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
