APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR UNLOCKING DOOR ON EMERGENCY SITUATION
The present invention discloses an apparatus and a method of unlocking a door in an emergency situation. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the apparatus and the method of unlocking the door in an emergency situation, and the apparatus and the method capable of releasing locking of a vehicle door in an emergency situation. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus of unlocking the door in an emergency situation comprises: a sensing part checking if it is an emergency situation without a passenger in the vehicle while an FOB (a key FOB) is in the vehicle when recognizing an already set type operation with respect to a door handle in a state where all vehicle doors are locked; and a control part releasing locking of all the vehicle doors if it is the emergency situation.
본 발명은 비상 도어 해제 장치 및 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명의 일면에 따른 비상 도어 해제 장치는, 전체 차문이 잠긴 상태에서, 도어 핸들에 대한 기설정된 형태의 조작을 인식하면, 차량 내 FOB이 있으면서, 탑승자는 없는 비상 상황인지를 확인하는 감지부; 및 상기 비상 상황이면, 상기 전체 차문의 잠김을 해제하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention discloses an apparatus and a method of unlocking a door in an emergency situation. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the apparatus and the method of unlocking the door in an emergency situation, and the apparatus and the method capable of releasing locking of a vehicle door in an emergency situation.
