INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR FINISH MATERIALS FOR BUILDING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to interior and exterior finish materials for a building and a manufacturing method thereof. The method to manufacture the interior and exterior finish materials for the building according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a core block forming step of forming an extruded polystyrene (XPS) formed by a first extrusion step of pressurizing and heating a polystyrene foam composite and a second step of applying heat with a lower temperature than the first extrusion step; and a coating film layer forming step of forming a coating film layer with a thermoplastic resin on one surface of the core block. The interior and exterior finish materials for the building according to the embodiment of the present invention can have excellent strength and heat insulation function.
본 발명은 건축물의 내외장재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 건축물의 내외장재의 제조방법은 폴리스티렌 발포체 조성물을 가압 및 가열하는 제1 압출단계 및 상기 제1 압출단계보다 낮은 온도의 열을 가하는 제2 압출단계에 의하여 형성되는 압출 폴리스티렌(XPS, Extruded polystyrene)을 형성하는 코어블록 형성단계; 및 상기 코어블록의 일면에 열가소성 수지로 코팅 필름층을 형성하는 코팅 필름층 형성단계;를 포함할 수 있으며, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 건축물의 내외장재는 우수한 강도 및 단열기능을 가질 수 있다.
