GROUTING INJECTION APPARATUS WITH BACKFLOW PREVENTION, AND GROUTING INJECTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention has the purpose of providing a grouting apparatus having a backflow prevention function and a grouting construction method using the same apparatus. The grouting apparatus having the backflow preventing function according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an external pipe provided with an excavation bit at the lowest end and injecting a first grouting material after excavation has been completed; an inner pipe arranged within the outer pipe, including a plug unit having one portion come into contact with the excavation bit to prevent additional movement and separating a space of an excavation hole from a space between the outer pipe and the inner pipe when the first grouting material is injected and perforation water discharge holes discharging perforation water, flowing in when the excavation hole is formed, between the same and the outer pipe, and injecting a second grouting material after the excavation has been completed - at this time, the first grouting material is input into a space between the inner pipe and the outer pipe; and a piston installed at an inner side of the inner tube, installed between an upper interception block, mounted at an upper side of the inner pipe, and a lower interception block, mounted at a lower side of the inner pipe and having an upper part with a diameter less than an inner diameter of the upper interception block and a lower part having a diameter less than the inner diameter of the inner pipe.
본 발명은 역류 방지 기능을 갖는 그라우팅 주입 장치 및 이 장치를 이용한 그라우팅 주입 시공 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 역류 방지 기능을 갖는 그라우팅 주입 장치는, 최하단에 굴착용 비트를 구비하고 있으며, 굴착이 완료된 이후에는 제 1 그라우팅제가 주입되는 외관; 상기 외관의 내측에 배치되고, 상기 외관의 상기 굴착용 비트에 일부가 접촉하여 추가적인 이동을 방지하며, 제 1 그라우팅제의 주입시 굴착공 공간과 외관 및 내관 사이에 있는 공간을 분리시키기 위한 플러그부, 및 상기 굴착공의 굴착시에는 천공수가 유입되어 상기 외관과의 사이로 배출되는 천공수 배출홀을 가지며, 굴착이 완료된 이후에는 제 2 그라우팅제가 주입되는 내관 - 이때, 상기 제 1 그라우팅제는 상기 내관과 상기 외관 사이의 공간으로 투입되며; 및 상기 내관의 내측에 설치되고, 상기 내관의 상측부에 설치한 상부 차단 블록과 상기 내관의 하측부에 설치한 하부 차단 블록 사이에 설치되며, 상기 상부 차단 블록의 내경보다 작은 직경을 갖는 상부와 상기 내관의 내경보다 작은 직경을 갖는 하부를 구비하는 피스톤;을 포함하고 있다.

The present invention has the purpose of providing a grouting apparatus having a backflow prevention function and a grouting construction method using the same apparatus. 본 발명은 역류 방지 기능을 갖는 그라우팅 주입 장치 및 이 장치를 이용한 그라우팅 주입 시공 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 역류 방지 기능을 갖는 그라우팅 주입 장치는, 최하단에 굴착용 비트를 구비하고 있으며, 굴착이 완료된 이후에는 제 1 그라우팅제가 주입되는 외관; 상기 외관의 내측에 배치되고, 상기 외관의 상기 굴착용 비트에 일부가 접촉하여 추가적인 이동을 방지하며, 제 1 그라우팅제의 주입시 굴착공 공간과 외관 및 내관 사이에 있는 공간을 분리시키기 위한 플러그부, 및 상기 굴착공의 굴착시에는 천공수가 유입되어 상기 외관과의 사이로 배출되는 천공수 배출홀을 가지며, 굴착이 완료된 이후에는 제 2 그라우팅제가 주입되는 내관 - 이때, 상기 제 1 그라우팅제는 상기 내관과 상기 외관 사이의 공간으로 투입되며; 및 상기 내관의 내측에 설치되고, 상기 내관의 상측부에 설치한 상부 차단 블록과 상기 내관의 하측부에 설치한 하부 차단 블록 사이에 설치되며, 상기 상부 차단 블록의 내경보다 작은 직경을 갖는 상부와 상기 내관의 내경보다 작은 직경을 갖는 하부를 구비하는 피스톤;을 포함하고 있다.
