BACKFLOW PREVENTION PACKER SYSTEM OF GROUTING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a backflow prevention packer system of a grouting apparatus. The grouting apparatus of the present invention further includes a packer attached to the front of an injection pipe as well as a close contact means for preventing backflow between the packer and an outlet of the injection pipe. Therefore, when a hydraulic pressure or an air is discharged from the packer and moves backward, reverse flow due to a chemical liquid or a hydraulic pressure of an injected curing agent is fundamentally prevented. As a result, a construction time can be shortened.
본 발명은 그라우팅 장치의 역류방지 패커 시스템에 관한 것으로, 그라우팅 장치에 있어서 주입관의 전방에 부착된 패커뿐만 아니라 패커와 주입관의 출구 사이에 역류방지용 밀착 수단을 더 구비함으로써, 패커에 유압이나 공기를 배출시켜 후방으로 이동시 주입된 경화제 등의 약액이나 수압에 의한 역류를 근본적으로 방지하게 되어, 시공시간을 단축할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
