METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PORCELAIN BODY HAVING SINTERING FLOWER
Disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method of a plasticizing chromophoric porcelain product, comprising: a mixing step for mixing 85-95 wt% of a clay body and a 5-15 wt% of a plasticizing chromophoric substance, and forming a product composition; a molding step for molding a molded body with the product composition to form a slip layer on the surface of the molded body; a drying step for naturally drying the molded body; a glazing step for glazing a transparent glaze having a wood material as a medium on the dried surface of the molded body; and a plasticizing step for plasticizing the molded body glazed with the glaze at the plasticizing temperature in the range of 1150-1180°C.
본 발명은 태토 85 ~ 95중량% 및 소성 발색 물질 5 ~ 15중량%를 혼합하여 소지 조성물을 형성하는 혼합 단계와, 상기 소지 조성물로 성형체를 성형하며, 상기 성형체의 표면에 슬립층이 형성되도록 하는 성형 단계와, 상기 성형체를 자연 건조하는 건조 단계와, 건조된 상기 성형체의 표면에 나무재를 매용재로 하는 투명 유약을 시유하는 시유 단계 및, 상기 유약이 시유된 성형체를 1150 ~ 1180℃의 소성 온도에서 소성하는 소성 단계를 포함하는 소성 발색 도자 제조 방법을 개시한다.
