METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PORCELAIN BODY HAVING SINTERING FLOWER
The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of a porcelain body having a sintered color, comprising: a mixing step of mixing 80 to 95 wt% of porcelain clay consisting of celadon porcelain clay or white porcelain clay containing an iron oxide component with 5 to 15 wt% of a material for a sintered color, and forming a porcelain composition; a forming step of forming a shaped product by using the porcelain composition, and forming a slip layer on a surface of the shaped product; a drying step of naturally drying the shaped product; a coating step of coating a surface of the dried shaped product with transparent glaze using tree ash as a flux; and a sintering step of forming a porcelain body having a sintered color by sintering the shaped product coated with the glaze at sintering temperatures of 1150 to 1180°C, wherein the material for the sintered color is chamotte or feldspar. The manufacturing method of a porcelain body having a sintered color further comprises a biscuit firing step of biscuit firing the shaped product before the coating step at biscuit firing temperatures of 800 to 850°C. The manufacturing method of a porcelain body having a sintered color has an effect of realizing a sintered color on the surface of the porcelain body formed with porcelain clay such as celadon porcelain clay, white porcelain clay, or the like.
본 발명은 산화철 성분을 포함하는 청자토 또는 백자토로 이루어지는 태토 85 ~ 95중량% 및 소성 발색 물질 5 ~ 15중량%를 혼합하여 소지 조성물을 형성하는 혼합 단계와, 상기 소지 조성물로 성형체를 성형하며, 상기 성형체의 표면에 슬립층이 형성되도록 하는 성형 단계와, 상기 성형체를 자연 건조하는 건조 단계와, 건조된 상기 성형체의 표면에 나무재를 매용재로 하는 투명 유약을 시유하는 시유 단계 및, 상기 유약이 시유된 성형체를 1150 ~ 1180℃의 소성 온도에서 소성하여 소성 발색이 생성되는 도자 소지를 형성하는 소성 단계를 포함하며, 상기 소성 발색 물질은 샤모트 또는 장석이며, 상기 시유 단계 전에 상기 성형체를 800 ~ 850℃의 초벌 구이 온도에서 초벌 구이하는 초벌 구이 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 소성 발색 도자 제조 방법을 개시한다.
