RAINWATER TREATING APPARATUS WITH AUTO CROSS COIL FILTER
The present invention relates to a rainwater treatment apparatus with an auto-cross coil filter, and more particularly to a rainwater treatment apparatus with an auto-cross coil filter, in which purification and treatment of rainwater can be smoothly performed by installing an auto-cross coil filter, configured in a coil spring form, in a chamber and efficient rainwater treatment can be performed by conveniently discharging impurities, collected during a purification and treatment process, out of the chamber. For this purpose, a rainwater treatment apparatus with an auto-cross coil filter according to the present invention comprises: a chamber which is composed of a cylindrical body, in which an openable cover is disposed on a top of the chamber, in which a rainwater inlet and a rainwater outlet are formed at points of an outer circumferential surface of the chamber at a predetermined height, and which is installed to be spaced apart from a support surface by means of a support member in a state in which a drain portion is formed in a bottom of the body; a filter which is configured in the form of a coil spring, which is contained in the chamber to be selectively expanded and contracted in the chamber, and whose outer circumferential surface is fixedly installed on an inner circumferential surface of the chamber in a state in which individual layers constituting a coil spring are formed to be spaced apart by a predetermined interval by means of interval formation protrusions; a transfer means which is installed over a range from the cover of the chamber to an upper end of the filter, and which selectively expands and contracts the filter in the form of a coil spring by applying vertical external force to the upper end of the filter; and a control means which performs a series of control operations including control of the transfer means and an opening and closing valve provided in the chamber and control of operation of the rainwater treatment apparatus.
본 발명은 오토 크로스 코일 필터가 구비된 우수 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 코일 스프링 형태로 이루어진 오토 크로스 코일 필터를 챔버 내에 설치하여 원활하게 우수의 정화 및 처리가 이루어질 수 있도록 함과 아울러 정화 및 처리과정에서 수집된 이물질은 간편하게 챔버 외부로 배출시킬 수 있도록 함에 따라 효율적인 우수 처리가 가능하도록 한 오토 크로스 코일 필터가 구비된 우수 처리장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 오토 크로스 코일 필터가 구비된 우수 처리장치는, 원통형상의 몸체로 이루어져 상면에는 개폐 가능한 덮개가 설치되며, 그 외주면 일정 높이를 갖는 지점에는 우수 유입구 및 우수 배출구가 형성됨과 아울러, 몸체 하면에는 방출구가 형성된 상태로 받침부재를 매개로 바닥면과 이격되게 설치되는 챔버와; 코일 스프링 형태로 이루어져 상기 챔버 내에서 선택적으로 팽창 및 수축되도록 내장 설치되되, 코일 스프링을 이루는 각 층은 간격형성돌기를 매개로 일정 간격 이격되게 형성된 상태에서 그 외주면 하단이 상기 챔버의 내주면에 고정되게 설치되는 필터와; 상기 챔버의 덮개 및 필터의 상단에 걸쳐 설치되어, 상기 필터의 상단으로 상.하 방향 외력을 인가하여 코일 스프링 형태의 필터를 팽창 및 수축시키는 이송수단 및; 상기 챔버에 구비되는 이송수단 및 개폐밸브의 제어를 비롯하여 우수 처리장치의 동작에 대한 일련의 제어를 행하는 제어수단;을 포함하여 구성된다.

The present invention relates to a rainwater treatment apparatus with an auto-cross coil filter, and more particularly to a rainwater treatment apparatus with an auto-cross coil filter, in which purification and treatment of rainwater can be smoothly performed by installing an auto-cross coil filter, configured in a coil spring form, in a chamber and efficient rainwater treatment can be performed by conveniently discharging impurities, collected during a purification and treatment process, out of the chamber.
