APPARATUS FOR TREATING FIRST RAINWATER WITH AUTO BACK WASHING
According to the present invention, an apparatus for treating initial rainwater capable of automatic backwashing comprises: a pretreatment tank (A) wherein initial rainwater flows thereinto to be firstly filtered; and a filtering tank (B) which is connected to the pretreatment tank (A) and secondly filters the firstly filtered rainwater. The filtering tank (B) comprises: a main body (10) having an inlet (11) and an outlet (12) formed on a front and a rear surface thereof to allow the initial rainwater to flow thereinto and discharge the initial rainwater; a filtering material (20) horizontally installed in the main body (10) to divide an internal space of the main body (10) into an upper space (S1) in which the outlet (12) is positioned and a lower space (S2) where the inlet (11) is positioned and filter out a contaminant contained in the initial rainwater flowing into the inlet (11); a backwashing discharge hole (13) formed on a side of the main body (10) in the lower space (S2) divided by the filtering material (20); a floodgate (30) disposed in the main body (10) and rotated about a hinge shaft (31) on an upper side of the inlet (11) to open and close the inlet (11); and an opening/closing member (40) integrated into the floodgate (30) or separated from the floodgate (30) and linked to rotation of the floodgate (30) to open and close the backwashing discharge hole (13).
본 발명은 초기우수가 유입되어 1차 여과 처리되는 전처리조(A); 및 상기 전처리조(A)와 연통되며 상기 1차 여과된 초기우수를 2차 여과 처리하는 여과조(B);를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 여과조(B)는 전면 및 후면에 각각 초기우수가 유입 및 배출되는 유입구(11) 및 배출구(12)가 형성된 본체(10); 상기 본체(10) 내부에 수평하게 설치되어 본체(10)의 내부공간을 상기 배출구(12)가 위치되는 상측공간(S1)과 유입구(11)가 위치되는 하측공간(S2)으로 구획하며, 상기 유입구(11)로 유입된 초기우수에 포함된 오염물질을 여과시키는 여과재(20); 상기 여과재(20)에 의해 구획된 하측공간(S2)에 형성되되 본체(10) 측면에 형성된 역세척배출공(13); 상기 본체(10) 내부에 구비되며 유입구(11) 상측의 힌지축(31)을 중심으로 회동되어 유입구(11)를 개폐하는 수문(30); 및 상기 수문(30)에 일체 또는 별체로 구비되며 수문(30)의 회동과 연계되어 상기 역세척배출공(13)을 개폐하는 계폐부재(40);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 역세척이 가능한 초기우수 처리장치이다.

According to the present invention, an apparatus for treating initial rainwater capable of automatic backwashing comprises: a pretreatment tank (A) wherein initial rainwater flows thereinto to be firstly filtered; and a filtering tank (B) which is connected to the pretreatment tank (A) and secondly filters the firstly filtered rainwater. The filtering tank (B) comprises: a main body (10) having an inlet (11) and an outlet (12) formed on a front and a rear surface thereof to allow the initial rainwater to flow thereinto and discharge the initial rainwater; a filtering material (20) horizontally installed in the main body (10) to divide an internal space of the main body (10) into an upper space (S1) in which the outlet (12) is positioned and a lower space (S2) where the inlet (11) is positioned and filter out a contaminant contained in the initial rainwater flowing into the inlet (11); a backwashing discharge hole (13) formed on a side of the main body (10) in the lower space (S2) divided by the filtering material (20); a floodgate (30) disposed in the main body (10) and rotated about a hinge shaft (31) on an upper side of the inlet (11) to open and close the inlet (11); and an opening/closing member (40) integrated into the floodgate (30) or separated from the floodgate (30) and linked to rotation of the floodgate (30) to open and close the backwashing discharge hole (13).
본 발명은 초기우수가 유입되어 1차 여과 처리되는 전처리조(A); 및 상기 전처리조(A)와 연통되며 상기 1차 여과된 초기우수를 2차 여과 처리하는 여과조(B);를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 여과조(B)는 전면 및 후면에 각각 초기우수가 유입 및 배출되는 유입구(11) 및 배출구(12)가 형성된 본체(10); 상기 본체(10) 내부에 수평하게 설치되어 본체(10)의 내부공간을 상기 배출구(12)가 위치되는 상측공간(S1)과 유입구(11)가 위치되는 하측공간(S2)으로 구획하며, 상기 유입구(11)로 유입된 초기우수에 포함된 오염물질을 여과시키는 여과재(20); 상기 여과재(20)에 의해 구획된 하측공간(S2)에 형성되되 본체(10) 측면에 형성된 역세척배출공(13); 상기 본체(10) 내부에 구비되며 유입구(11) 상측의 힌지축(31)을 중심으로 회동되어 유입구(11)를 개폐하는 수문(30); 및 상기 수문(30)에 일체 또는 별체로 구비되며 수문(30)의 회동과 연계되어 상기 역세척배출공(13)을 개폐하는 계폐부재(40);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 역세척이 가능한 초기우수 처리장치이다.
