APPARATUS FOR MAKING FLAME RESISTANT EPS SANDWICH PANNEL
The present invention provides an automatic manufacturing apparatus (100) of a flame retardant expendable polystyrene (EPS) sandwich panel. The automatic manufacturing apparatus (100) according to the present invention is supplied with an isocyanate adhesive solution (solution A) from a first adhesive liquid supply unit, and is supplied with a polyol adhesive solution (solution B) composed of polyol, an inorganic flame retardant, an organic binder, and an additive agent from a second adhesive liquid supply unit, and performs urethane reaction of the supplied adhesive solutions on an upper surface iron plate (130) and a lower surface iron plate (140). In addition, a urethane adhesive obtained by the urethane reaction is applied on a top surface and a bottom surface of an EPS board (120) by an automatic process, while a flame retardant urethane adhesive is inserted between the top surface iron plate (130) and the EPS board (120), and the EPS board (120) and the bottom surface iron plate (140) to form a solid urethane bond. The present invention generates no blockage phenomenon in the inside of a supply duct even though the polyol adhesive solution (solution B) includes the inorganic flame retardant, assures uniform flame retardancy, and satisfies productivity and economic efficiency.
본 발명은 난연성 EPS 샌드위치 패널의 자동제조장치(100)를 제공한다. 본 발명은 제1 접착액 공급부에서 이소시아네이트 접착용액(A 액)을 공급받고, 제2 접착액 공급부에서 폴리올과 무기 난연제와 유기 바인더 및 첨가제로 구성된 폴리올 접착용액(B 액)을 공급받아서, 이들을 상면 철판(130)과 하면 철판(140)의 위에서 우레탄 반응을 시키고, 우레탄 반응에 의한 우레탄 접착제를 자동공정으로 EPS 보드(120)의 상면과 저면에 도포시킴과 동시에, 상기 상면 철판(130)과 EPS 보드(120)와 하면 철판(140)의 사이에 난연성 우레탄 접착제를 삽입시켜서 견고한 우레탄 결합을 형성한다. 본 발명은 상기 폴리올 접착용액(B 액) 중에 무기질 난연제를 포함하고 있음에도 불구하고, 공급관의 내부에서 막힘 현상이 발생되지 않으며, 균일한 난연성을 보장하고, 생산성과 경제성을 충족시킬 수 있게 된다.
