A screw cap for a sandwich panel according to the present invention includes: a metal material sheet that is formed to be in close contact with the surface of a sandwich panel, has a screw hole coincident with a screw hole of the sandwich panel, and includes a protective device opened up and down and formed to protrude upward from the screw hole so that a screw head can be embedded therein; a cover made of a metal material hinged to one side of the sheet so as to open and close the protective device of the sheet; and a magnet that allows the cover to be fixed to the sheet while covering the protective device of the sheet. As described above, when the screw cap for a sandwich panel according to the present invention is used, durability of the screw cap against an external environment is excellent and the screw cap is not easily damaged or deformed.
본 발명에 따른 샌드위치 패널용 스크류 캡은 샌드위치 패널 표면에 밀착되도록 형성되며, 상기 샌드위치 패널의 스크류 홀과 합치되는 스크류 홀이 형성되고, 스크류 머리 부분이 내장될 수 있도록 상기 스크류 홀로부터 상측으로 돌출 형성되며 상하 개구된 보호구를 포함하는 금속 재질의 시트와; 상기 시트의 보호구를 개폐할 수 있도록 상기 시트 일측에 힌지 결합된 금속 재질의 커버와; 상기 커버가 상기 시트의 보호구를 덮은 상태로 상기 시트에 고정될 될 수 있게 하는 자석;을 포함한다. 이와 같이 본 발명에 따른 샌드위치 패널용 스크류 캡을 이용하면, 외부 환경에 대하여 내구성이 우수하여 쉽게 손상되거나 변형되지 않는 장점이 있다.
