MANUFACTURING METHOD OF OVERGLAZED PORCELAIN WITH PATTERNS USING LASER
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an over glaze decorated pottery using a laser which includes the steps of: primarily baking a molded object; glazing the first glaze onto the primarily baked resultant; secondary baking the resultant glazed with the first glaze; glazing a coloration glaze having a color different from the color of the first glaze onto the secondary baked resultant; forming a decoration by irradiating a laser onto the coloration glaze while selectively melting the coloration glaze; and removing a portion of the coloration glaze where the laser is not irradiated. According to the present invention, the design pattern can be accurately imprinted by irradiating the laser onto the surface of the glazed pottery to induce melting of the partial glaze and cleaning a region where the energy (laser) is not applied. Also, the mass production can be possible and various decorations can be expressed by incorporating a laser technique.
본 발명은, 성형체를 1차 소성하는 단계와, 1차 소성된 결과물 상부에 제1 유약을 시유하는 단계와, 제1 유약이 시유된 결과물을 2차 소성하는 단계와, 2차 소성된 결과물 상에 상기 제1 유약의 색상과 다른 색상을 갖는 발색 유약을 시유하는 단계와, 시유된 발색 유약에 레이저를 조사하여 발색 유약을 선택적으로 용융시키면서 문양을 형성하는 단계 및 레이저가 조사되지 않은 부분의 발색 유약을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저를 이용한 상회 문양 도자기의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 시유된 도자기물 표면에 레이저를 조사하여 부분적인 유약(glaze) 용융을 유도하고 에너지(레이저)가 가해지지 않은 영역을 세척함으로써 디자인 패턴을 정확하게 각인할 수 있고, 대량 생산이 가능할 수 있으며, 레이저 기술을 접목하여 복잡하고 다양한 문양을 표현할 수 있다.
