A FOOD AND DRINK WASTE REDUCTION SYSTEM
Disclosed is a food waste weight reduction apparatus which prevents odor caused by food waste from flowing backwards. The food waste weight reduction apparatus is a system to treat food waste discharged from an individual house of an apartment building. The food waste weight reduction apparatus comprises: a disposer installed on one side of a sink in an individual house; a vertical drain pipe which is connected to the disposer and a drain hole of the sink in the individual house by branch pipes, and discharges food waste in the individual house; a food waste disposal part which is connected to the end part of the vertical drain pipe, accommodates the food waste discharged from the vertical drain pipe, and treats the food waste via drainage, dehydration, and deodorization processes; and a food waste collecting container placed under the food waste disposal part to collect the food waste discharged from the food waste disposal part.
음식물류 폐기물 감량장치가 개시된다. 음식물류 폐기물 감량장치는 집합 건축물의 각 세대에서 배출되는 음식물쓰레기를 처리하기 위한 시스템로서, 각 세대의 싱크대의 일측에 설치된 분쇄기; 상기 분쇄기 및 각 세대의 싱크대의 배수구에 분기관으로 연결되어 각 세대의 음식물쓰레기를 배출하는 수직배수관; 상기 수직배수관의 말단부에 연결되고, 상기 수직배수관으로부터 배출된 음식물쓰레기를 수용하고 배수, 탈수 및 탈취 과정으로 상기 음식물쓰레기를 처리하는 음식물처리부; 및 상기 음식물처리부의 아래에 위치하여 상기 음식물처리부로부터 배출되는 음식물쓰레기를 수거하는 음식물수거통을 포함할 수 있다.
