The present invention discloses a food and drink waste reduction system. The food and drink waste reduction system is a system to process food and drink waste disposed from each household in an apartment, comprising: a grinder installed in one side of a sink in each household; a vertical drain pipe connecting to the grinder and a drain hole of the sink in each household as a manifold, disposing food and drink waste of each household; a food and drink waste processing unit connecting an end part of the vertical drain pipe, accepting the food and drink waste disposed from the vertical drain pipe, and processing the food and drink waste with a drainage, dry, and odor removal process; and a food and drink waste disposable container arranged under the food and drink waste processing unit, collecting the food and drink waste disposed from the food and drink waste unit.
음식물류 폐기물 감량장치가 개시된다. 음식물류 폐기물 감량장치는 집합 건축물의 각 세대에서 배출되는 음식물쓰레기를 처리하기 위한 시스템로서, 각 세대의 싱크대의 일측에 설치된 분쇄기; 상기 분쇄기 및 각 세대의 싱크대의 배수구에 분기관으로 연결되어 각 세대의 음식물쓰레기를 배출하는 수직배수관; 상기 수직배수관의 말단부에 연결되고, 상기 수직배수관으로부터 배출된 음식물쓰레기를 수용하고 배수, 탈수 및 탈취 과정으로 상기 음식물쓰레기를 처리하는 음식물처리부; 및 상기 음식물처리부의 아래에 위치하여 상기 음식물처리부로부터 배출되는 음식물쓰레기를 수거하는 음식물수거통을 포함할 수 있다.
