HOLLOW CORE SLAB CURE SHEET AUTOWINDER
The present invention relates to an apparatus to automatically wind a cure sheet to cover and cure a hollow core slab (HCS) formed by extrusion and consolidation. The apparatus comprises: a guide rail (110) arranged by extending along left and right sides of the HCS formed by extrusion and consolidation; a frame part (210) provided with driving wheels (220) on a lower end portion to move along the guide rail (110); a roller unit (310) installed on an upper portion of the frame part (210) to wind the cure sheet covering an upper surface of the HCS by rotating; a motor (410) to generate a rotary force to rotate the roller unit (310); and a driving force transferring unit (510) to transfer the rotary force of the motor (410) to the roller unit (310).
본 발명은 압출 압밀로 성형한 중공슬라브(HCS)를 덮어 강제 양생하는 보양천막을 자동으로 감는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 압출 압밀로 성형된 중공슬라브(HCS)의 좌우 양측을 따라 길게 배열된 가이드레일(110); 상기 가이드레일(110)을 따라 이동하는 주행바퀴(220)가 하단부에 구비된 프레임부(210); 상기 프레임부(210)의 상부에 설치되어 회전하며 중공슬라브(HCS) 상부면을 덮고 있는 보양천막이 되감기는 롤러부(310); 상기 롤러부(310)의 회전에 필요한 회전력을 발생시키는 모터(410); 및, 상기 모터(410)의 회전력을 상기 롤러부(310)로 전달하는 동력전달부(510);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus to automatically wind a cure sheet to cover and cure a hollow core slab (HCS) formed by extrusion and consolidation.
