A FRONT POP-UP RATCH SAFTY HOOK STRUCTURE FOR ACTIVE HOOD OF CAR
The present invention relates to a front pop-up latch safety hook structure for an active hood of a vehicle. The front pop-up latch safety hook structure for an active hood of a vehicle is provided in front of an FEM, and comprises: a safety hook (2) mounted on a front surface side of a frame (4) of a plate shape to move to a position to be meshed with a striker (40) fixed on a rear surface of a hood and a position to be released from the striker (40); a latch (30) releasably meshed with the striker (40); and a pop-up means to release the safety hook from the striker when a pedestrian collision accident occurs to forcibly lift the striker to pop up the hood even while the latch is meshed with the striker. Accordingly, installation can be performed in a small space in front of the FEM without increasing the length of the safety hook. The size of the striker can be reduced to improve appearance and increase design freedom. Even if the size of the striker is reduced, a crack around the striker is prevented to maintain durability.
본 발명은 차량의 액티브 후드용 전방 팝업 래치 세이프티 후크구조에 관한 것으로, FEM 전방에 제공되며, 플레이트 형상의 프레임(4) 전면측에 장착되어 후드 저면부에 고정된 스크라이커(40)와 맞물리는 위치와 해제 위치로 이동가능한 세이프티후크(2)와, 상기 스트라이커(40)와 해제가능하게 맞물리도록 된 래치(30), 보행자 충돌 사고 발생시에 세이프티후크가 스트라이커와의 맞물림 상태에서 해제하여 래치가 스트라이커와 맞물림 상태에서도 스트라이커를 강제로 상승시켜 후드를 팝업시키도록 제공된 팝업수단을 포함하는 구성된다. 이러한 구성에 따라, 세이프티후크의 길이 증대 없이도 협소한 공간의 FEM의 전방에 설치할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있으며, 스트라이커의 크기를 축소시킬 수 있어 외관 개선과 함께 디자인 자유도가 증대되는 효과가 있으며, 스트라이커의 크기 축소에도 스트라이커 주변부의 크랙 발생이 방지되어 내구성을 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
