LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE PANEL HAVING FINISHING MATERIAL COMPOSITION FOR BUILDING AND FINISHING PANEL COMPRISING THE SAME
Disclosed is a lightweight concrete panel equipped with an eco-friendly functional finishing material composition which prevent harmful substances released from a concrete panel and has excellent sound insulation properties. To disclose the same, provided is a lightweight concrete panel comprising: a first cement board; a concrete layer arranged on an upper portion of the first cement board and equipped with Styrofoam; a second cement board arranged on an upper portion of the concrete layer; and a finishing material composition consisting of 10-20 wt% of water, 10-30 wt% of a binder, 20-40 wt% of a first pigment, and 10-30 wt% of a second pigment. According to the present invention, the surface of the lightweight concrete panel is finished with the finishing material composition, so release of harmful substances is prevented and sound insulation performance is enhanced.
콘크리트패널로부터 방출되는 유해물질을 차단하고 우수한 차음성을 가지는 친환경 기능성 건축마감재 조성물이 구비된 경량 콘크리트패널이 개시된다. 이를 위하여 제1 시멘트보드와, 상기 제1 시멘트보드의 상부에 구비되며 스티로폼이 내장된 콘크리트층과, 상기 콘크리트층의 상부에 구비된 제2 시멘트보드, 및 상기 제2 시멘트보드의 상부에 도포되며, 물 10 내지 20 중량%와 바인더 10 내지 30 중량%와 제1 무기안료 20 내지 40 중량%와 제2 무기안료 10 내지 30 중량%로 구성된 건축마감재 조성물을 포함하는 경량 콘크리트패널을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 경량 콘크리트패널의 표면을 건축마감재 조성물로 마감하여 유해 물질의 방출이 차단되며, 차음성능이 향상된다.
