CLUTCH FOR HOIST APPARATUS USING A CYCLOID GEAR
A braking and driving clutch for hoist device using cycloid gear comprises: an internal cycloid gear (410) having a driving hole (411), a peripheral hole (412) around the driving hole (411) and an internal gear tooth (413) in a shape in which the cycloid and hypocycloid are alternately positioned around the outer circumference thereof; a stator (420) including a shaft hole (422) at the center and a circular supporting pin (421) which passes through the peripheral hole (412) to come in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the peripheral hole (412) around the shaft hole (422) and of which the tip end is supported by the cap (5a) when passing through the peripheral hole (412); an eccentric driving sleeve (430) rotatably coupled to a driving transmission member and having a rotating pin (431) and a driving cylinder (432); a pick-up member (440) inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the stator (420) to be rotatable, having a through hole with a predetermined diameter passing therethrough, and coupled by having a winding member inserted into the outer circumferential surface thereof; and an external cycloid gear (450) inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the internal cycloid gear (410). When rotation force transmitted through the pick-up member (440) is applied, the internal gear tooth (413) is closed and strongly braked. When driving rotation power transmitted through the eccentric driving sleeve (430) is applied, the driving cylinder (432) is rotated along the center of the rotating shaft of the eccentric driving sleeve (430), and the speed of the external cycloid gear (450) is reduced, and thus the rotation is performed.
본 발명은 사이클로이드기어를 이용한 호이스트기기용 제동 및 구동클러치를 제공하는데 목적이 있는바, 구동홀(411)과 그 주위에 주변홀(412)이 형성되어 있으며 외면 둘레에는 사이클로이드와 하이포 클로이드가 교번하는 형상의 내측기어치(413)가 형성되는 내접사이클로이드 기어(410); 중앙에 축홀(422)과 그 주변의 주변홀(412)의 내주면에 접하도록 관통한 후 그 끝단이 마개(5a)에 지지되도록 하는 원형지지핀(421)을 포함하는 고정자(420); 동력전달부재에 회전결합되고 회동핀(431)과 구동원기둥(432)이 형성된 편심구동슬리브(430); 고정자(420) 외주면에 끼워져 회동가능 하도록 소정 직경의 중공이 관통되어 내부에 형성되고, 권취부재가 외주면에 끼워져 결합되는 픽업부재(440); 내접사이클로이드 기어(410)의 외주면에 끼워지는 외접사이클로이드 기어(450); 를 포함하며, 픽업부재(440)를 통해 전달되는 회전동력이 가해지는 경우에는 내측기어치(413)가 갇히고 막혀 단단히 제동되고, 편심구동슬리브(430)를 통해 전달되는 구동회전 동력이 가해지면 구동원기둥(432)을 편심구동슬리브(430)의 회동축 중심을 따라 회전시킴으로써 외접사이클로이드 기어(450)를 감속시켜 회전구동하게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

When rotation force transmitted through the pick-up member (440) is applied, the internal gear tooth (413) is closed and strongly braked. When driving rotation power transmitted through the eccentric driving sleeve (430) is applied, the driving cylinder (432) is rotated along the center of the rotating shaft of the eccentric driving sleeve (430), and the speed of the external cycloid gear (450) is reduced, and thus the rotation is performed.
