A clutch module for a hoist device and the hoist device using the same
The present invention relates to a braking drive module and a hoist device using the same, which can be easily manufactured in a small size. Moreover, cheap materials are used to secure economic feasibility and stability. The braking drive module comprises: an eccentric drive input sleeve (430′) eccentrically driving an eccentric drive cylinder (432′) when a rotary shaft (431′) is axially rotated; a fixing member (460′) having a control means (460d″); an internal gear (410′); an external gear (450′); and a pick-up housing member (440′) provided as a housing of the entirety of the eccentric drive input sleeve (430′), the fixing member (460′), the internal gear (410′), and the external gear (450′) or coupled to the rear of the fixing member (460′) to perform simple finishing.
본 발명은, 소형화 제작이 용이하고 값싼 재료를 사용하여 경제적이면서 견고한 제동구동모듈 및 이를 적용한 호이스트 장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 회전축(431‘)을 정축 회동시키면 편심구동원기둥(432’)을 편심 구동시키는 편심구동입력슬리브(430’); 제어수단(460d“)이 형성된 고정부재(460‘); 내접기어(410‘); 외접기어(450’); 및 상기 편심구동입력슬리브(430’), 고정부재(460‘), 내접기어(410‘), 외접기어(450’) 모두의 함체로 구비되거나 혹은 고정부재(460‘)의 후방에서 결합되어 단순 마감하는 픽업함체부재(440‘); 를 포함하여 이루어진다.
