MULTI-UNIT DWELLING TYPE BUILDING STRUCTURE, OVERHANGING OUTSIDE OF INDOOR RESIDENTIAL SPACE
The present invention relates to a structure of a multi-unit dwelling-type building. More specifically, the present invention relates to a structure of a multi-unit dwelling-type building having an indoor residential space protruding toward the outside wherein each household can obtain the right of view and residential noise can be basically prevented from being transmitted to a neighbor unit. According to the present invention, the structure of the multi-unit dwelling-type building has a plurality of household units which are arranged to be close to each other for each floor and floors which are repeatedly arranged in a vertical direction. A plurality of household spaces, which are distinguished as household units by inner walls, constructed in inner spaces for each floor for space division, a plurality of separation walls, and outer walls, are formed. The household space includes an external-type indoor space, which protrudes from the outer wall and is arranged on the outside of the building.
본 발명은 공동주택형 건축물의 구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 각 입주세대의 조망권 확보와 더불어 이웃하는 세대로 생활소음이 전달됨을 원천적으로 차단할 수 있도록 한 실내 주거공간이 외부로 돌출배치된 공동주택형 건축물의 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 각 층별로 단위세대가 복수 인접배치되는 층간 및 이러한 층간이 수직방향으로 반복배열되는 공동주택형 건축물 구조에 있어서, 공간 구획을 위해 각 층의 내부공간에 시공되는 내벽과 다수의 구획벽 및 외벽에 의해 단위세대를 구분하는 다수의 세대공간이 구성되되, 상기 세대공간에는, 상기 외벽으로부터 돌출되어 건축물 외측에 배치되는 외재형 실내를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
