ANCHOR HOLE FORMATION METHOD AND DIAMETER EXPANDING DEVICE
본 발명은 원심력에 의해 절삭날부를 직경 방향으로 이동시켜서 확경부를 연삭하는 경우의, 원심력의 적정화를 도모할 수 있는 앵커 구멍의 형성 방법 및 확경 장치를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다. 이러한 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 콘크리트제의 정착체(2)에 천공한 파일럿 구멍부(3)에, 확경용 드릴 비트(20)를 삽입한 후, 확경용 드릴 비트(20)를 회전시켜, 원심력에 의해 확경용 드릴 비트(20)의 절삭날부(31)를 직경 방향으로 이동시키면서 파일럿 구멍부(3)의 일부를 연삭해서 확경부(4)를 형성하는, 후시공 앵커(100)용의 앵커 구멍(1)의 형성 방법으로서, 확경부(4)를 연삭하기 위하여 가해지는 원심력의 최저값이, 0.75N, 바람직하게는 1.1N이다.
[Object] To provide a method for forming an anchor hole and a diameter expansion device by which a centrifugal force can be appropriately adjusted when a cutting-blade portion is moved in a radial direction by the centrifugal force to grind a diameter expansion portion. [Solution Means] In a method for forming an anchor hole 1 for a post-installed anchor 100 in which a diameter expansion drill bit 20 is inserted and rotated in a prepared-hole portion 3 bored in a concrete fixing body 2 and a cutting-blade portion 31 of the diameter expansion drill bit 20 is moved in a radial direction by a centrifugal force to grind a part of the prepared-hole portion 3 to form a diameter expansion portion 4, the minimum value of the centrifugal force applied to grind the diameter expansion portion 4 is 0.75 N and preferably 1.1 N.
