PARAPET MODULAR ARCHITECTURE AND ITS CONSTRUCTING METHOD
Disclosed is a parapet modularized building with an outer wall drain part and a construction method thereof. The parapet modularized building with an outer wall drain part comprises: a base structure connecting a wall part frame and a ceiling frame; a prefabricated outer wall panel coupled to the wall part frame; a prefabricated roof panel coupled to the ceiling frame and having one end portion penetrating through the prefabricated outer wall panel so as to be exposed outwardly from the prefabricated outer wall panel; and an outer wall drain part provided on the prefabricated outer wall panel in a through region through which the prefabricated roof panel penetrates to hermetically close the through region. The outer wall drain part is disposed on outside the prefabricated outer wall panel to drain rainwater flowing to the prefabricated roof panel and introduced through the through region.
외벽 배수부가 구비된 파라펫 조립 건축물 및 이의 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 외벽 배수부가 구비된 파라펫 조립 건축물은, 벽부 프레임과 천장 프레임을 서로 연결하여 마련되는 베이스 구조물; 벽부 프레임에 결합되는 조립식 외벽 패널; 천장 프레임에 결합되며, 일단부가 조립식 외벽 패널을 관통하여 조립식 외벽 패널의 외부로 노출되는 조립식 지붕 패널; 및 조립식 지붕 패널이 관통되는 관통 영역의 조립식 외벽 패널에 마련되어 관통 영역을 밀폐하는 외벽 배수부를 포함하고, 외벽 배수부는, 조립식 외벽 패널의 외부에 배치되어 조립식 지붕 패널로 흘러내려 관통 영역을 통해 유입되는 빗물 등을 배수시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라펫 조립 건축물을 포함한다.
