PARAPET MODULAR ARCHITECTURE AND ITS CONSTRUCTING METHOD
Disclosed are a parapet assembly structure and a construction method for the same. According to the present invention, the parapet assembly structure includes: a base structure connecting a wall frame and a ceiling frame; an assembly type outer wall panel connected to the wall frame; an assembly type roof panel connected to the ceiling frame, wherein one end penetrates the assembly type outer wall panel and is exposed to the outside of the assembly type outer wall panel; and an outer wall drainage unit installed in the assembly type outer wall panel in a penetration area in which the assembly type roof panel is penetrated and draining rainwater flowing therein through the penetration area. The outer wall drainage unit includes: a bent pipe member connected to the wall frame and arranged on the outside of the assembly type outer wall panel; a leakage preventing member installed in the bent pipe member; and a drainage pipe draining the rainwater flowing into a formed space by the bent pipe member. The parapet assembly structure and the construction method for the same can improve durability by preventing the rainwater from flowing into an inner structure.
파라펫 조립 건축물 및 이의 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 파라펫 조립 건축물은, 벽부 프레임과 천장 프레임을 서로 연결하여 마련되는 베이스 구조물; 벽부 프레임에 결합되는 조립식 외벽 패널; 천장 프레임에 결합되며, 일단부가 조립식 외벽 패널을 관통하여 조립식 외벽 패널의 외부로 노출되는 조립식 지붕 패널; 및 조립식 지붕 패널이 관통되는 관통 영역의 조립식 외벽 패널에 마련되어 관통 영역을 통해 유입되는 빗물을 배수시키는 외벽 배수부를 포함하고, 외벽 배수부는, 벽부 프레임에 결합되며 조립식 외벽 패널의 외부에 배치되는 절곡 파이프부재; 절곡 파이프부재에 마련되는 누수 차단 부재; 및 절곡 파이프부재에 의해 마련된 공간으로 유입되는 빗물을 배수시키는 배수 파이프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
