CONCRETE POLISHING METHOD COMPRISING ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a concrete polishing method comprising an environment-friendly material. More particularly, the concrete polishing method comprises: a surface treating step of grating a surface layer of concrete floor; a reinforcing agent applying step of applying a reinforcing agent to the surface layer of the concrete floor; and a reinforcing agent penetrating step of making the reinforcing agent permeate through the concrete floor by drying the concrete floor. The reinforcing agent comprises: 5-50 wt% of potassium silicate having pH of 10-12; 2-30 wt% of an aqueous acrylic emulsion including at least 40 wt% of nonvolatile matters; 0.1-5 wt% of an organic binder; 1-10 wt% of a water-repelling agent; 0.1-10 wt% of a preservative; and the remaining consisting of water. The potassium silicate has a molar ratio of SiO_2 to K_2O of 1:2.8 to 1:3.4, and includes 35-45 wt% of solid content.
본 발명은 콘크리트 바닥의 표면층을 갈아내는 표면처리 단계와 상기 콘크리트 바닥의 표면층에 SiO대비 KO 몰비가 1 : 2.8 ~ 1 : 3.4이고, 고형분 함량이 35 ~ 45 중량%이며, pH 10 ~ 12인 규산칼륨 5 ~ 50 중량%, 불휘발분이 40 중량% 이상인 수성 아크릴 에멀젼 2 ~ 30 중량%, 유기바인더 0.1 ~ 5 중량%, 발수제 1 ~ 10 중량%, 방부제 0.1 ~ 10 중량% 및 물을 포함하는 강화제를 도포하는 강화제 도포 단계 및 상기 콘크리트 바닥을 건조하여 상기 강화제를 침투시키는 강화제 침투 단계를 포함한다.
