PONTOON ASSEMBLED WITH CONCRETE PANEL AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a panel-assembled pontoon and a manufacturing method thereof which can easily transport a pontoon to install the pontoon by transporting pontoon panels formed by separately manufacturing each surface composing the pontoon to water or the sea such as pontoon installation river sea to assemble the pontoon panels. The panel-assembled pontoon comprises: an upper panel forming an upper surface of a pontoon; a lower panel forming a lower surface of the pontoon; and side wall panels consisting of a first to a fourth side wall panel separated to form four side walls of the pontoon. Pontoon panels including the upper panel, the lower panel, and the first to the fourth side wall panel are independently manufactured and then transported to an installation location to be assembled into a pontoon, thereby facilitating transport and manufacture and markedly reducing an occurrence of an accident.
본 발명은 폰툰을 구성하는 각 면을 분리 제작하여 형성된 폰툰 패널들을 폰툰 설치 강 바다 등의 수상 또는 해상으로 운송하여 조립하는 것에 의해 폰툰을 용이하게 운송하여 설치할 수 있도록 하는 패널 조립형 폰툰 및 그 제작 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 패널 조립형 폰툰은, 폰툰의 상부면을 형성하는 상부 패널; 상기 폰툰의 하부면을 형성하는 하부 패널; 및 상기 폰툰의 네 측벽을 형성하도록 분리된 제 1 내지 제 4 측벽 패널로 이루어지는 측벽 패널;을 포함하여, 상기 상부 패널과 하부 패널 및 제 1 내지 제 4 측벽 패널들을 포함하는 폰툰 패널들이 서로 독립적으로 제작된 후 설치 장소로 이송되어 폰툰으로 조립 형성되도록 구성되는 것에 의해, 폰툰의 이송 및 제작을 용이하게 하며, 안전사고의 발생을 현저히 줄일 수 있도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
