Manufacturing and coating method of environmental-friendly filling composite for crack repairability of concrete structures using inorganic material
The present invention relates to a method of preparing an environment-friendly crack repairing agent for concrete structures using inorganic materials and a method of coating the environment-friendly crack repairing agent for concrete structures using the inorganic materials. A method of preparing an environment-friendly crack repairing agent for concrete structures using inorganic materials according to the present invention comprises: a first step of mixing 20 to 40 total mass% of distilled water with 0.1 to 1.0 total mass% of a surfactant to produce a first solution; a second step of mixing 15 to 40 total mass% of potassium, 15 to 60 total mass% of sodium, and 1 to 10 total mass% of lithium to produce a second solution; a third step of mixing the first solution with the second solution to produce a third solution; a fourth step of mixing 1 to 10 total mass% (the third solution mass%) of distilled water with 1 to 10 total mass% (the third solution mass%) of nanomaterial to produce a fourth solution; and a fifth step of mixing the third solution and the fourth solution that are the mixed solutions. Accordingly, the environment-friendly crack repairing agent for concrete structures of the present invention provides an effect that even nonprofessional is capable of performing homogeneous construction through a simple coating method by a liquid type crack repairing agent using inorganic materials only as raw materials. Further, the present invention provides effects that crack portions are capable of being repaired, and stable crack repairing and performance are capable of being improved compared to the prior art only by coating the environment-friendly crack repairing agent for concrete structures on fine cracks with a crack width of 1 mm or shorter several times without an additional construction procedure.
본 발명은 무기계 재료를 활용한 콘크리트 구조물용 친환경 균열보수재의 제조 방법 및 이의 도포 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 제 1 액으로, 증류수(20-40 total mass%)와 계면활성제(0.1-1.0 total mass%)를 혼합하여 생성하는 제 1 단계; 제 2 액으로, 포타슘(15-40 total mass%), 소듐(15-60 total mass%) 및 리튬(1-10 total mass%)을 혼합하여 생성하는 제 2 단계; 제 1 액과 제 2 액을 혼합하여 제 3 액을 생성하는 제 3 단계; 제 4 액으로, 증류수{1 내지 10 total mass%(제 3 액 mass%)}와 나노재료{1 내지 10total mass%(제 3 액 mass%)}를 혼합하여 생성하는 제 4 단계; 및 혼합액인 제 3 액과 제 4 액을 혼합하는 제 5 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 무기계 재료만을 원료로 사용한 액상형 균열보수재로, 간단한 도포방법을 통하여 비전문가도 균일한 시공이 가능한 효과를 제공한다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명은, 균열폭 1mm 이하의 미세균열에 대하여 추가적인 시공절차 없이 수회 도포만으로 균열부 보수가 가능하며, 종래기술 대비 안정적인 균열보수 및 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
