The present invention relates to a manufacturing and utilizing method of an environment-friendly surface protecting material for concrete structures using an inorganic material. The environment-friendly surface protecting material of the present invention is manufactured by stirring 10 to 50 total mass% of potassium, 10 to 50 total mass% of lithium, and 10 to 30 total mass% of distilled water. Accordingly, the present invention provides a liquid type surface protecting material using only an inorganic material, thereby providing an effect that a non-expert can uniformly construct using a simple coating method. Also, when the surface protecting material is used alone, a surface strength of a concrete surface layer is increased equal to or more than 110%, and when used with an anti-absorbing material or a crack repairing material, insolubility is improved.
본 발명은 무기계 재료를 활용한 콘크리트 구조물용 친환경 표면보호재의 제조 방법 및 활용 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 포타슘(10-50 total mass%), 리튬(10-50 total mass%) 및 증류수(10-30 total mass%)를 교반하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 무기계 재료만을 원료로 사용한 액상형 표면보호재로, 간단한 도포방법을 통하여 비전문가도 균일한 시공가능한 효과를 제공한다. 뿐만 아니라, 단독 사용시 콘크피트 표면층 표면강도 110% 이상 증대되며, 흡수방지재 또는 균열보수재와 혼용사용시 불용성능이 향상되는 효과를 제공한다.
