Building roof panel fixing structure and fixation method
The present invention relates to a roof panel fixing structure for construction, capable of maintaining a strong fixing state of a roof panel for construction even against strong wind and enabling rainwater and foreign substances from rapidly flowing down by preventing a part fixed by a piece nail from being bent, and a fixing method for the same. The fixing method includes: a steel structure installing step (S100) of installing and fixing a steel structure (20) formed of a section steel or a square pipe in order for the roof panel (10) to be mounted and fixed; a fixing member arranging step (S200) of individually arranging a fixing member (100) having a through groove (140), which a connection piece (30) passes through, on an upper surface (110) at a point in which a groove (11) of the roof panel is formed, wherein the upper surface (110) and right and left sides (160) are formed in the same shape as the inner shape of the groove (11) of the roof panel, and the roof panel (10) is separately arranged on the upper end of the steel structure; and a connection piece fixing step (S300) of fixing the connection piece (30) onto the upper surface of the groove (11) of the roof panel (10) and fixing a waterproof pad (40), the fixing member (100), and the steel structure (20), which are located on the upper end of the roof panel (10), by enabling the waterproof pad (40), the fixing member (100), and the steel structure (20) to pass through the roof panel. In the fixing member arranging step (S200), a magnet (130) is integrally formed on right and left sides (160), and the lower surface (120) to be easily attached and fixed to the roof panel (10) or the steel structure (20) by the magnetic force.
본 발명은 건축용 지붕의 패널을 강풍에도 견고한 고정상태를 유지할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 피스 못에 의해 고정되는 부분이 휘지 않도록 함으로써 빗물 및 찌꺼기가 신속하게 흘러내려 가도록 하는 건축용 지붕 패널 고정구조 및 고정방법에 관한 것으로, 지붕패널(10)이 안착 고정될 수 있도록 형강 또는 사각 파이프로 이루어지는 철재 구조물(20)을 설치 고정하는 철재 구조물 설치단계(S100)와, 상기 철재 구조물의 상단에 지붕패널(10)을 낱개씩 배치함과 동시에 지붕패널의 골(11) 내측 형상과 동일한 형상으로 상단 면(110)과, 좌, 우 측면(160)이 형성되며, 좌, 우 측면(160) 또는 하단 면(120)에는 지붕패널(10) 또는 철재 구조물(20)과 자력에 의해 접착고정이 용이하도록 자석(130)이 일체형으로 구성되는 한편, 상기 상단 면(110)에는 직결피스(30)가 관통되는 관통홈(140)이 형성된 고정부재(100)를 지붕패널의 골(11)이 형성된 지점에 각각 배치하는 고정부재 배치단계(S200)와, 지붕패널(10)의 골(11) 상단 면에서 직결피스(30)를 고정시키되, 지붕패널(10)의 상단에 위치하는 방수패드(40)와 고정부재(100) 및 철재구조물(20)을 차례로 관통시켜 고정하는 직결피스 고정단계(S300)로 이루어진다.
