The present invention relates to a binding unit of a prefabricated roof panel, which is able to, when fixating an insulation plate on a frame, improve the exterior by preventing a fastening element from being exposed, and to definitely prevent water leakage. According to the present invention, the binding unit of the prefabricated roof panel is provided to bind the roof panel with functions of sound absorption and insulation with a metallic frame by a fastening bolt. According to the present invention, the binding unit of the prefabricated roof panel comprises: a bracket having bent pieces on both sides of a flat surface unit; a rubber packing inserted into a hole formed on the center of the bracket; a fastening bolt which fixates the bracket, an exterior plate, and an insulation plate on the metallic frame; and a fixing cap mounted on a head unit of the fastening bolt. As such, the binding unit of the prefabricated roof panel is made to, when fixating the roof panel on the metallic frame, easily fixate the roof panel by using the bracket with reinforcing pieces and the fastening bolt, thereby easily fixating the roof panel and greatly improving workability. In addition, the binding unit of the prefabricated roof panel is able to improve the exterior by putting the fixing cap on the head unit of the fastening bolt, and to suppress water leakage by adhesion of the rubber packing. In addition, the binding unit of the prefabricated roof panel is able to prevent the biggest weak point of the existing products, which is damage due to corrosion of the instrument itself and a cover′s defective closing due to thermal expansion.
본 발명은, 단열판을 프레임에 고정시키고자 할 경우에 체결요소의 노출을 방지하여 외관을 향상시킬 수 있도록 함은 물론 누수를 확실하게 방지할 수 있는 조립식 지붕 패널의 결속유닛에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 흡음 및 단열기능을 갖는 지붕 패널을 체결볼트에 의해 금속 프레임에 결속시키기 위한 조립식 지붕 패널의 결속유닛으로서, 평면부의 양측에 절곡편을 갖는 브라켓과, 이 브라켓의 중앙에 형성된 통공으로 끼워져 조립되는 고무패킹과, 상기 브라켓을 포함하여 외장판 및 단열판을 금속 프레임에 고정시키기 위한 체결볼트와, 상기 체결볼트의 머리부에 장착되는 고정캡으로 이루어져 있다. 이에 따라, 지붕 패널을 금속 프레임에 고정시키고자 할 경우에 보강편을 갖는 브라켓 및 체결볼트를 이용하여 지붕 패널을 손쉽게 고정시킬 수 있도록 한 것이기 때문에 작업성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 또, 체결볼트의 머리부에 고정캡을 씌워줌에 따라 외관을 향상시킬 수 있음은 물론 고무패킹의 밀착 작용에 의해 누수를 억제할 수 있으며, 종전 제품의 가장 큰 취약점이라 할 수 있는 기구물 자체의 부식으로 인한 파손이나 혹은 열팽창에 의해 뚜껑이 닫혀지지 않는 등의 악영향을 방지할 수 있다.
