METHOD AND APPRATUS OF MARKING COLOR PATTERN ON STONE AND COLORING AGENT USED THEREIN
The present invention relates to a method for marking a letter or a pattern on stone, which can mark a permanent letter or mark on the surface of stone by using a coloring reaction generated by heating an inorganic ionic compound catalyst and particularly improve work efficiency and reduce production cost and time by performing direct field work on stone such as road boundary stone installed in the field. The method for marking a letter or a pattern on stone comprises the steps of: (a) washing a work target stone surface; (b) drying the work target stone surface; (c) attaching a design sheet having a perforated letter or pattern to the work target stone surface; (d) warming the work target stone surface; (e) finely spraying an ionic catalyst coloring agent on the design sheet of the work target stone surface; (f) removing the design sheet from the work target stone stone; and (g) discoloring a letter or pattern portion by heating the work target stone surface.
본 발명은 무기 이온화합물 촉매를 가열함으로써 나타나는 착색 반응을 이용해 석재의 표면에 영구적인 글자 및 도안을 표기할 수 있으며, 특히 현장 설치된 도로경계석과 같은 석재에 대해 직접 현장 작업이 가능해 작업효율이 뛰어나고 생산원가와 시간을 절감할 수 있는 석재에 대한 글자 또는 도안의 표기 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 작업 대상 석재면을 세척하는 단계; (b) 상기 작업 대상 석재면을 건조시키는 단계; (c) 글자 또는 도안이 천공된 디자인 시트를 상기 작업 대상 석재면에 부착하는 단계; (d) 상기 작업 대상 석재면을 가온하는 단계; (e) 상기 작업 대상 석재면의 디자인 시트에 이온촉매 착색제를 미세분사하는 단계; (f) 상기 작업 대상 석재면에서 디자인 시트를 제거하는 단계; 및 (g) 상기 작업 대상 석재면을 가열하여 글자 또는 도안 부위를 변색시키는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
