MULTI-SIDED COLUMN DESIGN FOR SEMI-SUBMERSIBLE
A support structure has a column having a plurality of side surfaces. A first side surface and a second side surface of the column are disposed at a first angle with respect to each other. The second side surface and a third side surface of the column are disposed at a second angle with respect to each other. The third side surface and a fourth side surface of the column are disposed at a third angle with respect to each other. The fourth side surface and a fifth side surface of the column are disposed at a fourth angle with respect to each other. The fifth side surface can be disposed at a fifth angle with respect to a sixth side surface and/or the first side surface of the column, wherein the sixth side surface and the first side surface of the column can be disposed at a sixth angle with respect to each other.
