The present invention relates to an embankment inspection terminal, and an embankment inspection system and method using the embankment inspection terminal and a measurement instrument. More specifically, the present invention relates to an embankment inspection terminal, and an embankment inspection system and method using the embankment inspection terminal and a measurement instrument, capable of accurately determining global coordinate information of an embankment via global coordinate information of a measurement location, and a distance and a direction based on the measurement location, indirectly determining the area of a damaged portion by designating the damaged portion as a damaged region and calculating the area of the damaged region, storing the global coordinate information of the embankment and the area of damaged portion, together with visual inspection information of the embankment, and transmitting the global coordinate information of the embankment, the area of the damaged portion, and the visual inspection information to a server, thereby enabling an inspector to inspect an embankment without closely approaching the embankment. The embankment inspection system using the embankment inspection terminal and a measurement instrument comprises a measurement instrument, an embankment inspection terminal, and a server.
본 발명은 제방점검단말기, 제방점검단말기와 측정기를 이용한 제방점검 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 측정위치의 지구좌표 정보와 측정위치를 기준으로 제방의 거리 및 방위를 통해 제방의 지구좌표정보를 정확히 알아내고, 손상부분을 손상영역으로 지정해 손상영역의 넓이를 구해 간접적으로 손상부분의 넓이를 파악하며, 제방의 육안점검정보와 함께 저장하고 서버에 전송하여 점검자가 제방에 가까지 가지 않고서도 제방을 점검할 수 있게 하는 제방점검단말기, 제방점검단말기와 측정기를 이용한 제방점검 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
