SINGLE PAD FLOOR STRUCTURE OF PANEL ASSEMBLING-TYPE WATER TANK
The present invention relates to a single pad floor structure of a prefabricated panel water tank capable of supporting a load of the prefabricated panel water tank formed by mutually assembling a bottom panel, lateral panels, and an upper panel more stably at low installation costs and enabling the application of the bottom panel with a remarkably reduced thickness. The single pad floor structure of the prefabricated panel water tank according to the present invention, in the single pad floor structure of the prefabricated panel water tank supporting the underside of the prefabricated panel water tank formed by mutually assembling the bottom panel, the lateral panels, and the upper panel, includes multiple single pad type bases arranged to be adjacent to each other on a floor and having a seating end protrusion on opposite upper parts facing each other; supporting channels seated on the seating end protrusions of the single pad type bases adjacent to each other; and trench plates seated on the supporting channels, forming a trench for discharging water, having both upper parts bent upward, and supported by top surfaces of the single pad type bases.
본 발명은 바닥패널, 측면패널 및 상부패널이 상호 조립되어 형성되는 조립식 패널수조의 하중을 적은 설치비용으로 더욱 안정적으로 지지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 대폭 감소된 두께를 가지는 바닥패널의 적용을 가능하게 하는 조립식 패널수조의 통패드 바닥구조체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조립식 패널수조의 통패드 바닥구조체는, 바닥패널, 측면패널 및 상부패널이 상호 조립되어 형성되는 조립식 패널수조를 하부에서 지지하는 조립식 패널수조의 바닥구조체에 있어서, 바닥면 상에 다수개가 서로 인접되게 배열되고 서로 마주보는 대향측 상단에는 안착단턱이 형성되는 통패드형 베이스와, 서로 인접하는 상기 통패드형 베이스의 안착단턱에 걸쳐 거치되는 지지채널과, 상기 지지채널 상에 안착되어 배수용 도랑을 형성하고 양측 상단은 상부로 절곡되어 상기 통패드형 베이스의 상부면에 지지되는 트랜치플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
