PANEL ASSEMBLING-TYPE WATER TANK WITH SINGLE PAD FLOOR STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel water tank with a single pad floor structure capable of stably supporting the water tank with a single pad floor structure composed of single pad bases connected by a trench plate at low costs, distributing water pressure by forming a corner of the water tank at predetermined curvature, and having an upper panel made of a synthetic resin not to be corroded by a chlorine gas inside the water tank. The prefabricated panel water tank with a single pad floor structure according to the present invention includes: the single pad bases arranged on a bottom surface adjacent to each other having a seating protrusion on upper parts thereof facing each other; a floor panel installed on the single pad bases and forming a bottom surface of the water tank; a supporting channel seated by being placed on the seating protrusions of the single pad bases adjacent to each other; the trench plate seated on the supporting channel, forming a discharge trench on the bottom surface of the water tank, and having both upper parts bent upward and supported by an upper surface of the edge of the floor panel; lateral panels mutually joined to the floor panel in a vertical direction and forming lateral surfaces of the water tank; corner panels interposed between the lateral panel forming one lateral surface of the water tank and the other lateral panel forming the other lateral surface of the water tank, forming the corner unit of the water tank, and bent at a predetermined curvature to distribute water pressure; and upper panels mutually joined to the lateral panels and the corner panels in a horizontal direction, forming a top surface of the water tank, and made of a synthetic resin materials with corrosion resistant to a chlorine gas.
본 발명은 트랜치플레이트에 의해 연결되는 통패드형 베이스로 이루어지는 통패드 바닥구조체에 의해 수조의 하중이 적은 설치비용으로 안정적으로 지지될 수 있고 수조의 코너측이 소정 곡률로 만곡되어 수압이 분산될 수 있으며 상부패널이 합성수지재로 제조되어 수조 내의 염소가스에 의해 부식되지 않도록 구성된 통패드 바닥구조체가 구비된 조립식 패널수조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 통패드 바닥구조체가 구비된 조립식 패널수조는, 바닥면 상에 다수개가 서로 인접되게 배열되고 서로 마주보는 대향측 상단에는 안착단턱이 형성되는 통패드형 베이스와, 상기 통패드형 베이스 상에 설치되며 수조의 바닥을 형성하는 바닥패널과, 서로 인접하는 통패드형 베이스의 안착단턱에 걸쳐 거치되는 지지채널과, 상기 지지채널 상에 안착되어 수조의 바닥에 배수용 도랑을 형성하고 양측 상단은 상부로 절곡되어 상기 바닥패널의 가장자리의 상부면에 지지되는 트랜치플레이트와, 상기 바닥패널에 수직방향으로 다수개가 상호 결합되어 수조의 측면을 형성하는 측면패널과, 수조의 일측면을 형성하는 측면패널과 수조의 타측면을 형성하는 측면패널 사이에 개재되어 수조의 코너부를 형성하고 수압이 분산될 수 있도록 소정 곡률로 만곡되어 형성되는 코너패널과, 상기 측면패널 및 상기 코너패널에 수평방향으로 다수개가 상호 결합되어 수조의 상부면을 형성하고 염소가스에 대한 내부식성을 가지는 합성수지재로 제조되는 상부패널을 포함한다.

본 발명은 트랜치플레이트에 의해 연결되는 통패드형 베이스로 이루어지는 통패드 바닥구조체에 의해 수조의 하중이 적은 설치비용으로 안정적으로 지지될 수 있고 수조의 코너측이 소정 곡률로 만곡되어 수압이 분산될 수 있으며 상부패널이 합성수지재로 제조되어 수조 내의 염소가스에 의해 부식되지 않도록 구성된 통패드 바닥구조체가 구비된 조립식 패널수조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 통패드 바닥구조체가 구비된 조립식 패널수조는, 바닥면 상에 다수개가 서로 인접되게 배열되고 서로 마주보는 대향측 상단에는 안착단턱이 형성되는 통패드형 베이스와, 상기 통패드형 베이스 상에 설치되며 수조의 바닥을 형성하는 바닥패널과, 서로 인접하는 통패드형 베이스의 안착단턱에 걸쳐 거치되는 지지채널과, 상기 지지채널 상에 안착되어 수조의 바닥에 배수용 도랑을 형성하고 양측 상단은 상부로 절곡되어 상기 바닥패널의 가장자리의 상부면에 지지되는 트랜치플레이트와, 상기 바닥패널에 수직방향으로 다수개가 상호 결합되어 수조의 측면을 형성하는 측면패널과, 수조의 일측면을 형성하는 측면패널과 수조의 타측면을 형성하는 측면패널 사이에 개재되어 수조의 코너부를 형성하고 수압이 분산될 수 있도록 소정 곡률로 만곡되어 형성되는 코너패널과, 상기 측면패널 및 상기 코너패널에 수평방향으로 다수개가 상호 결합되어 수조의 상부면을 형성하고 염소가스에 대한 내부식성을 가지는 합성수지재로 제조되는 상부패널을 포함한다.
