The present invention relates to a door frame, where mohair is implanted in an upper side, a left side, and a right side of the door frame and implanted in sides facing a door leaf in a hinged door adopting a tempered glass door leaf having a finger protecting device provided with the mohair, bars of the door frame are composed of aluminum with good thermal conductivity and easy extrusion moldability, an insulator is positioned in the door frame made of aluminum to compensate for high thermal conductivity, aluminum laths with implanted mohair is mounted in the insulator to be attachable and detachable, an internal frame of the door frame with a hollow rectangular cross section and an outer frame of the door frame are arranged to be spaced at a set distance across an intermediate space to the indoor and outdoor sides, and an intermediate insulator is inserted in the intermediate space, an internal insulation member and an outer insulation member inserted into the internal frame and the outer frame are penetrated through the intermediate insulation member to be coupled to an aluminum female core in a male-female coupling manner. Therefore, the leaf of the hinged door to which the tempered glass door leaf with excellent wind resistance, thermal insulation and moldability is applied can be provided at low costs, and the indoor and outdoor insulation spaces are divided in all directions around an aluminum core and filled with inside and outside insulation members and a pair of insulation members, such that the present invention provides an improved insulation effect when compared with a conventional invention.
본 발명은 모헤어를 구비한 손가락보호장치가 달린 강화유리문짝을 채용한 여닫이 도어에서 문틀의 상변. 좌변, 및 우변에 모헤어를 상기 문짝의 마주하는 변에 모헤어를 탈착가능하게 심되, 문틀의 바아들을 열전달성이 좋지만 압출 성형성이 용이한 알루미늄재로 하고, 고열전단성을 보완하기 위해 알루미늄재의 문틀 안에 단열재를 개재시키고 그 단열재에 모헤어가 심어진 알루미늄재의 쫄대가 탈착가능하게 장착되게 하되, 중공의 장방형 단면을 갖는 문틀의 내부프레임과 문틀의 외부프레임을 실내외방향으로 일정 간격 이격시켜 중간공간이 개재되어 배치하고, 상기 중간공간에 중간단열재가 삽입되게 되고, 상기 내부프레임과 상기 외부프레임에 삽입된 내부단열부재와 외부단열부재가 상기 중간단열부재를 관통하여 알루미늄재의 암형 코어에 암수결합되게 함으로써 방풍성, 단열성, 성형성이 우수한 강화유리문짝이 적용된 여닫이 방식의 도어의 문짝을 저렴한 비용으로 제공할 수 있고, 내외의 단열공간을 알루미늄재의 코아를 중심으로 사방에서 나누어서 내외단열부재와 한쌍의 단열부재로 채움으로써, 종래보다 단열효과가 증대될 수 있는 문틀에 관한 것이다.
