Assembling Structure And Method Of Door Locking Member For A Hollow Door
The present invention relates to a structure and a method of assembling a locking member for a hollow door. The assembling structure (1) comprises: the hollow door (3) composed of one or more hollow blocks (9) formed of a plurality of boards (6) to make a space (S) inside; a core member (5) filling a fitting hole (13) formed to be penetrated through the boards (6) to fit a locking member (11) into a corner surface (4) on an opening and closing end of the hollow block (9), and being overlapped with a flange (17) of the locking member (11) when the locking member (11) is assembled whereas being penetrated to pass a casing (23) of the locking member (11); and a fixture (7) fixating the core member (5) on a position where the fitting hole is filled, thereby being capable of filling the inner side of the hollow fitting hole with the core member even though the fitting hole is perforated on a corner surface of the opening and closing end of the hollow door composed of metal boards such that the locking member is able to be coupled into the fitting hole like a general door.
본 발명은 중공문짝의 잠금쇠 조립구조 및 조립방법에 관한 것으로, 이 조립구조(1)는 내부에 공간(S)이 발생되도록 복수의 판재(6)로 형성한 하나 이상의 중공블럭(9)으로 이루어진 중공문짝(3); 상기 중공블럭(9)의 개폐단 모서리면(4)에 잠금쇠(11)를 끼우도록 상기 판재(6)를 관통하여 형성된 꽂이구멍(13)을 메워, 상기 잠금쇠(11) 조립 시 상기 잠금쇠(11)의 플랜지(17)와 포개지되, 상기 잠금쇠(11)의 케이싱(23)을 통과시키도록 관통된 심재(5); 및 상기 심재(5)를 상기 꽂이구멍(13)을 메우는 위치에 고정시키는 고정구(7);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 금속 판재로 이루어진 중공문짝의 개폐단 모서리면에 꽂이구멍을 천공하더라도 속이 빈 꽂이구멍 안쪽을 심재에 의해 메울 수 있으므로, 일반 문짝과 같이 꽂이구멍 안으로 잠금쇠를 결합할 수 있게 된다.
