FLAT-TIE FOR FORMWORK
According to the present invention, disclosed is a flat tie for a formwork to maintain a gap between a first and a second foam panel facing each other. According to the present invention, the flat tie for a formwork comprises: a middle member having a length intersecting the gap; and two protrusion members extended along a longitudinal direction from both ends of the middle member. A hole inserted by a support pin to support the first or second foam panel with respect to a side pressure of concrete deposited between the first and the second foam panel is formed on a side surface of the protrusion member. An inner circumference surface of the hole comprises: a load applied surface formed in a part applying a tensile load of the support pin caused by the side pressure to be in facial contact with a thickness surface of the support pin; a curved extended surface curved from both ends of the load applied surface to be extended; and two guide surfaces to guide an upper and a lower surface of each pin in order to make reaction of the support pin applied on the load applied surface.
서로 마주하게 배치되는 제1 폼 패널 및 제2 폼 패널 사이의 간격을 유지하는 거푸집용 플랫타이를 개선한 플랫타이가 개시되며, 본원이 거푸집용 플랫타이는 상기 간격을 가로지르는 길이로 구비되는 중간부재; 및 상기 중간부재의 양단으로부터 길이 방향을 따라 각각 연장되는 2개의 돌출부재를 포함하고, 상기 돌출부재의 측면에는, 상기 제1 폼 패널 및 상기 제2 폼 패널 사이에 타설되는 콘크리트의 측압에 대해 상기 제1 폼 패널 또는 상기 제2 폼 패널을 지지하는 지지 핀이 삽입되는 홀이 형성되며, 상기 홀의 내주면은, 상기 측압에 기인한 상기 지지 핀의 인장하중이 작용되는 부분에 상기 지지 핀의 두께면과 면 접촉되도록 형성되는 하중작용면; 상기 하중작용면의 양끝단으로부터 만곡되어 확장되는 만곡확장면; 및 상기 지지 핀의 반력이 상기 하중작용면에 작용하도록 상기 지지 핀의 상면 및 하면을 각각 가이드하는 2개의 가이드면을 포함할 수 있다.
