According to the method, in the pavement concrete paving construction process, it can be ensured that the mounting position of the dowel bar is stable and is not disturbed by external factors such as mechanical running and concrete vibration, it is ensured that the dowel bar meets the position requirement of the dowel bar in a design drawing all the time in the pavement concrete paving process, and the construction efficiency is improved. Therefore, the dowel bar can more uniformly resist the shearing force generated between adjacent plates due to the collision of an airplane when being used in a runway.
