Parking control system used in visiting vehicle reservation and apparatus for parking controlling
The present invention relates to a parking control system for visiting vehicle reservation, comprising: a user terminal; a parking control and reservation server device to process a visitor reservation request of the user terminal; a license plate recognition (LPR) system to recognize a number of an entering or exiting vehicle; a kiosk to control operation of a parking barrier based on the number of the entering or exiting vehicles recognized by the LPR system and reservation request information of a visitor received from the parking control and reservation server device; and a manager terminal to manage the visitor reservation request of the user terminal and manage a visitor vehicle. There is a case where visitors of residents frequently visits an existing multiplex house. When a visitor passes a parking control system to enter a parking lot in a visiting process, the visitor calls a resident by using an interphone to enter the parking lot or calls a guard to enter the parking lot. A guard is always present in an entry/exit road of a large apartment complex, but a small scale of a multiplex house has only a parking control system in an entry/exit road and has no all-time guard, so problems are caused. Thus, such problems, that are inconvenient caused by a complicate procedure and taking a lot of time to enter a parking lot, can be solved by the present invention.
본 발명은 주차관제 시스템에 있어서, 방문객 예약요청하는 사용자 단말기, 상기 사용자 단말기의 방문객 예약요청을 처리하는 주차관제 예약서버장치, 입차 또는, 출차하는 차량의 번호를 인식하는 LPR(License Plate Recognition) 시스템, 상기 LPR 시스템이 인식한 입차 또는, 출차하는 차량의 번호와 상기 주차관제 예약서버장치가 전달한 방문객의 예약요청 정보를 기반으로 주차차단기의 작동을 제어하는 주차타워 키오스크 및, 상기 사용자단말기의 방문객 예약요청과 방문객 차량 관리를 위한 관리자단말기를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방문 차량 예약용 주차관제 시스템에 관한 것으로, 종래 다세대 주택에는 입주자 외 입주자의 방문객이 방문하는 경우가 잦은데 방문객이 방문하는 과정에서 차량의 진입을 위해 주차관제 시스템을 통과해야 하는 경우 인터폰을 이용해서 입주자 호출을 하여 진입을 하거나 경비를 호출하여 진입을 해야 하거나, 대단지 아파트는 진출입로에 경비가 상시 근무를 하지만 소규모의 다세대 주택의 경우에는 진출입로에 주차관제 시스템만 있을뿐 상시 근무자가 없기 때문에 생기는 문제점 즉, 진입하는데 있어서 절차가 번거로우며 시간이 많이 걸려 불편한 점 등을 해결한다.
