According to one aspect of the present invention, an exterior material fixing unit comprises: an anchor positioned between exterior materials adjacent to each other and fixated to a building structure; a connection plate fastened to the anchor to be provided between the exterior material and the building structure; and a first connection member provided to both ends of the connection plate to connect the connection plate and the exterior material.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 외장재 고정유닛은 서로 이웃하는 외장재 사이에 위치하여 건축물 구조체에 고정되는 앵커와, 상기 앵커에 체결되어 상기 외장재와 상기 건축물 구조체 사이에 구비되는 연결플레이트와, 상기 연결플레이트의 양단에 각각 구비되어 상기 연결플레이트와 상기 외장재를 연결하는 제1연결부재를 구비할 수 있다.
